A Book On Telepathy and Psychic Sensitivity That Changed My Life

It was early on in my alternative health journey that I discovered a book called The Sensitive Person's Survival Guide: An Alternative Health Answer to Emotional Sensitivity & Depression by Kyra Mesich Psy.D.

I had been hearing difficult voices inside and feeling reduced mental privacy and feeling a hostile influence on my thoughts for a few years, with no sure sense that this could really be real, as it seemed to be, which I understood was contrary to medical opinion. Dr Mesich's book documents her own case of telepathic transference from another person on Earth. Here for the first time was a published account by a doctor of psychology convincingly documenting the factual nature of psychic sensitivity. Her book goes further and focuses on psychic empathy and using flower essences to establish proper psychic and mental boundaries.

To read this book gave me so much catharsis at the time - I think it was four years after onset of opening and illness - so much so that I immediately wrote home to say that I had had a great healing. Really what had happened was that I had been made so happy and been so validated by the corroboration by this person's description of telepathy that the release of positive mental strength made me think I had almost recovered. The catharsis went away though, but I was still raised up by my new perspective on my inner life.

The book is out there to read. It was published in the year 2000 by iUniverse. It can be bought from Amazon and other places online.

The Sensitive Person's Survival Guide helped me believe in the possibility that it was real for me not to be a discrete entity with a separate mind, but part of a connected spiritual universe which I could sense and be influenced by mentally.

Flower essences didn’t use to noticeably help me, but now when I take them I feel something, a slight stimulating action around my head, and hope that they are helping me change; I guess as they are vibrational medicine, you might have to be sensitive to energies for them to work. It would be the same with crystals. I am not hugely sensitive to crystals as some can be, but I truly believe they help me. I have seen a sparkle of golden healing light around one I was wearing for healing that told me it was good for me. The volcanic glass "obsidian" is supposed to serve to protect against negative outside influences, and the mineral "black tourmaline" is supposed to give a personal energetic shield to those who are holding it to defend them. I have found black tourmaline very grounding, so that keeping a big piece in my lap when sitting will restore my Earth connection and reduce the disturbing influence of spirits near me. I really love obsidian. There are others I know of, these are the most obvious aids for anyone who is particularly psychically vulnerable.

I have been directed to a so-called high vibration stone by the soul of my deceased father, for healing; I 'heard' him give me the name for it in my mind. You can search online for high vibration stones, and I think such stones would hold an Earth vibration that is higher than that of any interior conflict. When I hold them I feel a little stronger. I have to work with the ones my father recommended more, I would like to keep going with them. I love them, but I get a far more noticeable effect from the big pieces of obsidian I have. It is said obsidian must be used consciously. I think if you are spiritually troubled, obsidian would be one good place to start in looking for support from the mineral kingdom. To me it is symbolic of the intense heat and power of the Earth, and of the first qualities of being, and it somehow stabilises your natural order by virtue of its properties.
To anyone who is looking for ways to heal from spiritual illness or who is looking to heal and transform their psychic sensitivity, I really recommend searching for high vibration minerals online and working with one or some of them. I like to sit in meditation with them holding them and focus on my Earth connection.
A few times I have been directed to work with specific crystals by Heaven souls, so I know this is good for me, and may well help you too.

One note about working with minerals and crystals: I was told by a healer that even a small piece is enough to connect with the energy of which the stone is a medium, but for me it seems to be that the bigger the mineral or crystal, the more I notice a change from it.

Other ideas: I believe the healing energy of the Earth is always all around us, and feeding us life force all day every day of our lives. I think we don't technically need a  stone, because we are perpetually in an energy bath of all stones just by being on the Earth, if we only knew it. Just going outside is healing, and the Earth energy is alive and emanating within every home too.
The mineral kingdom has become much more popular in the last few decades. I think if we work with crystals and minerals it is very good to be grateful for them and to the Earth for the gift of them, and take care when gathering them from mines. It does us so much good to be mindful of our organic nature and connection to the Earth and to be grounded, and loving and working with crystals helps this.

For every problem there is a corresponding solution. I write here of a book that helped my journey and was a landmark in my life, and I write here of one of the gifts that have come to me from the Universe to bring me healing. Maybe some of you people out there reading this have never heard of flower essences and might like to look into them for assistance in your spiritual evolution on Earth - there are many essences to choose from taken from the world's flowers and some who take them say they are truly helped.
I think one thing that helps very much for someone who has opened to the spirit world and is having problems - whether that features mortal or discarnate negative psychic influence - is to get skills, to learn psychic development. There are many good books that can be bought and studied about becoming a skilled sensitive. The other thing is to work on your heart and your beliefs so that your life changes from the inside. And if you are having trouble shifting everything, get help from an expert spiritual healing practitioner.

Lastly, thank you Dr Mesich for changing the course of my life.

Spirituality Reality, Schizophrenia Diagnosis and Cultural Norms

Diagnosed with schizophrenia today, the doctor said that she had to think of my relation to spiritual cultural norms when making the diagnosis. Which is funny (!), because she didn't know anything about the spiritual reality, it seemed. She didn't know what "psychic" means.

I think, in my country at least, that non-religious people outnumber those who are active members of religious communities. Of those who do attend religious ceremonies, a smaller percentage will have spiritual awareness of some kind, and a smaller percentage again will have problems from their awareness (such as empathic issues, even ordinary issues of psychic attack) - and then a tiny minority will suffer from demonic possession, ghost attachments and demonic attack/ spiritual attack.

In other words, most people know nothing of this kind of reality painfully raised as a problem here on Diagnosis: Schizophrenia!!!!!!!!!!! It's not a spiritual awareness, ESP or parapsychic community norm! Good luck trying to get many healers to believe you! (I'm sorry, but I've come to the belief that many professional healers are not strong enough to deal with advanced psychic attack like this, not even to recognise it or believe in it often.) Religiously speaking, I believe it would take about seven Christian bishops 'laying their  hands' on me to restore me to health; that's the kind of power required here (guessed going on feel and experience). If I ever recover by myself I'll be as strong as seven bishops...

And here's another post item, but I'll wrap it into this one: ignorance is only a small excuse when it comes to spiritual danger.
I was raised in a religious family, but one without any notion of spiritual techniques for well-being, and consequently, I had no idea of spiritual dangers - like acquiring the attention of transient spirits, like the possibility of over-spiritualisation by drug use, like psychic pollution. Part-knowledge of spirituality was handed to me.
The fact is that we are expected by Heaven and God to look after ourselves in part - we have some responsibility for our psycho-spiritual well-being. This may be as simple as shielding the aura three times daily with white light. We could go on to spiritual grounding, and then on to energy chakra maintenance, depending on our personal need. These subjects are all covered in psychic development, and with luck we can find out for ourselves about these things as and when we need to.

I'm really going on something I read, that each of us is expected to do our bit to maintain our psycho-spiritual well-being, which goes a long way to helping God and Heaven help us. But that's a great thing. At least then we know, and can answer some of our feelings, that it is partly up to us to care for ourselves.

In the first place, ideally, be knowing. In the second place, take care of yourself.

So, I now know about the spiritual dangers of drug-taking (I suppose mainly for sensitive people). And I know that there are methods for generating a positive energy for oneself, and going on from there to purify the self if necessary. I am not helpless, I can help myself.

Here's a theory to leave you with: that some parts of the 'civilised' world, although they are becoming rapidly more spiritual, are lacking in the cultural 'apparatus' (spiritual beliefs and techniques) to always ground the new energy that spirituality brings them, resulting in insanity and spiritual disturbance for some. What do you think?

Paranormality and the Psychology of Abuse

Paranormal.

What does this mean? It means something is happening that is unusual. Beyond normal.

I had a realisation recently that the word 'paranormal' does not just describe interactions with the spirit world, but it describes my every day experience. Maybe you understand this.

I go shopping, I vote, I go to family gatherings, and I seek to make a positive contribution to the world - but all the time, a percentage of my mental activity is given over to spiritual interactions, of which a portion of those interactions are distressing. Spiritual interactions - and challenging ones. Beyond the cornucopia of experience typical to humanity, I have an added challenge, which I define as paranormal. The challenge I endure, that likely you endure too, reader, is to go on with daily life and fulfil your ordinary human desires while coping with spiritual phenomena that you never anticipated could be possible.

I suppose I realised that my life is extremely challenging, sometimes taking me to the limit of endurance. I have this added dimension of knowing that brings difficulty (and a diagnosis of psychosis or schizophrenia). I realised that I go about a daily life the same as anyone healthy, but I am also extremely 'tested'.

I now identify with anyone exposed to extraordinary life circumstances that change them, that are even too heavy for them.

The difficulty for me is being exposed to psychic hostility frequently and on a daily basis. But I am able to sympathise with others who have been subjected to such influences of aggression that their ordinary psychology has been distorted, and unfairly so. I have insight into the psychology of abuse. As yet, I am still in that world, and cannot speak conclusively on it. But I realise that, all being well, I will master this situation and regain my personal power. I have hope in Life, that all things lead to a positive outcome, so that, with luck, I should escape the influence of the negative upon me and become powerful, able to help others, and happy.

I have attracted the attention of spirits of lesser evolution than me, who have found a weakness in me they exploit, and continually do so to injure my mind. However, this cannot continue forever.

I have been reading that there is always a purpose to what we go through. There must be a purpose to this for me - and you, too, reader, if you are in the same position as me. Coming from a position of disadvantage and injury to a position of power and assertiveness.

So, a post about extraordinary efforts of personal strength, ('paranormal' life challenges) and about evolution into a position of strong personal power. Not just having the strength to pick yourself up and carry on, but the strength to hold your own space and create happiness for yourself. If you are in my situation, I hope you realise how well you have done in sustaining yourself through intense challenge, and I hope you have hope that, all being well, you shall come through it too, just as I hope to.

Voices In The Night: A Prediction

The other night I heard a voice. As is so often the case, it was in my head. I believe that's scientifically possible! Just no where near provable today... Anyway this was my cousin, (who is alive). I believe she was asleep, and I believe this is not the first time I have connected 'telepathically' with sleeping living people, such is my sensitivity. In sleep we are, according to people more knowing than me, more astrally active, so such transferences are readily possible. I even think I once had a vision of someone else's dream, as it happened.

Anyway: she said to me, with some amazement in her voice, "You will be better in three to four years."

I had previously and recently been thinking the same thing. I can just sense it, somehow, that I will be stronger, more confident, happier, more on an equal footing with the mentally healthy members of the human race, all within a few years. I think this will come about through the gradual recovery that goes on for me, and just through the changes that we go through as we get older. I recently turned 31, and feel that I am approaching the prime of my life. So these are good thoughts on my behalf, good intuitions, and good 'hearing' - from my cousin's voice, it sounded as if she had come to this understanding from a higher source of information.

I don't think that in 3 or 4 years I will stop hearing voices and feeling forces on my thoughts. I think that as time goes on I get stronger, despite everything else. It's a slow process, but I will be stronger than the condition I have been in, and so I will put distance between myself and that condition, and spend more of my time in normality and less in paranormality.

Healing Review

I said that I would post a report of the healing session I last went for. Here it is.

The lady I saw was a psychic healer and medium. There was an introductory talk, and then I lay on a treatment bed. She put her hands on my shoulders, head and knees and stomach for about half an hour.

At the end she said that anything troubling me now would be 'residue' of former spirit presence. She said that three spirits had been 'escorted' away. One was stubborn, claiming to be the strong one, and she challenged him to go and he left. One was female, she said.

Here's what was happening for me: as she was talking afterwards, I sensed one of the two other spirits come and stand behind me, and he seemed to be a little afraid. I didn't want to say anything to the healer.

Walking back to get transport to go home, I felt stronger, but still not normal, mentally, not totally at peace or feeling secure.

Arriving home, one hour later, the third spirit, the female, came and said "Thank you."

What is the result of all this? The healer was experienced and I got on well with her, she had integrity and a kind nature. She cleared one soul who had been very hostile to me. The two others have come back and are with me again. This is still a good outcome, because the hostile one was really bothering me. He was seemingly hurting me for his own amusement, and very frequently. Still, I don't hold that against him, trusting that he has gone somewhere where he will be helped, and I leave it at that, no debts of karma for him to repay me.

So why did the other two come back? As I understand it, we always have free will, and that of course includes those who have died and are in spirit. Simply, these two spirits are happier with me and are not yet ready to ascend and go to God and Heaven. They must have broken away from their escorts before fully 'crossing over'.

Other spirits whose voices are familiar to me from before are around me - homeless souls who drift around, and some of them are filling the role of the persecutor, acting like "outlaws", ignoring all emotional responsibility, causing trouble and hurting me.

The lady also said that she spoke to my dad and told him not to feel guilty but to go on and get on with his evolution up in Heaven. This hasn't helped him interfering with my will to be creative: he disapproves of me playing the keyboard, which REALLY upsets me; he obstructed me again some days after seeing the healer - I asked him why and he said he didn't want me to waste my time.
The healer had said that he was still acting in the role of a father, protecting and helping, when he ought to be moving on from that behaviour to evolve. Wish he would! He's obviously still happy with that role. I'm mostly okay with it too, - he's my dad, but sometimes he's a clumsy guide and hurts me.

So would I recommend that anyone see an experienced psychic healer and medium? Absolutely. I am very glad that she successfully moved on one spirit. That's great, a real miracle, which has lifted my faith in healing. The spirit who left was a young man who was expressing unhappiness by causing unhappiness.
But I am also disapppointed that two spirits have come back, - although it would be worse if they were badly behaved, which they tend not to be. One (an elderly lady) is very moral; the other, who I am guessing is from the Punjab in Pakistan, since he can understand the language from that region that I have being sung on a CD (I did some detective work), is less moral but largely well behaved, and calls me his best friend. Obviously that's where the attachment comes from, he prefers my company to God's, seeing me as his closest friend. I respond to that call for closeness with benign reasoning, always encouraging them to move on. Let's not forget what was written in a previous post, that these people can evolve at any time, - they can go on to Heaven independently, if they choose - healers only provide encouragement and help.

Well, that's all folks. I would still like help from a psychic healer, but some good work has been done. I hope reading this helped you.

02 June 2011 Notes

No complaints. I don't hear complaints from the spirits around me stuck on Earth. Some of them are vituperative, rude. Some are fairly friendly.

If you could listen to my thoughts, you would know that I sometimes complain, and that I wonder what can make up for ten years of mental hardship being psychologically abused from within my mind space.

Some years ago I went to a doctor and asked for pain medicine to ease my mental suffering. "What do you mean, mental pain? Do you mean emotional pain?" He wasn't sure what I meant, and I wish I'd told him that the pain I feel is the same pain that we humans feel when someone insults us or uses rude language towards us. That would have made things clearer.

Mediumistic psychic attack at the conscious level, which must be extremely rare, parallels psychological abuse of all kinds, whether between married people or as a form of interrogation and torture. I have insight into that mental control that can take place as one tries to dominate another, noticing that it might work by "second-guessing" another, for example, or in some way preventing them from being 'assertive' and mentally strong to the extent that they cannot express themselves in ordinary sentences of speech without being contradicted. I go through some pretty major insults and trickery and 'obfuscation', as if they are toying with me (playful malice), but I am lucky in that they do not attempt to take away my power to be assertive. It is more a case of discrediting and insulting me, which is a kind of psychic violence.

Why do words hurt?

Why can words of insult or coarseness cause injury and irritation?

A secondary symptom is that I hear so much that I get comments from Earthbound spirits around me to the effect that I get a sore mind from being exposed to a sense of humour (jokes) that are far from what I feel is good. We are chalk and cheese. Why is it there are so many of these spirits? they all have the same rude sense of humour!, be it sexist, racist, or otherwise plainly excessively mischievous.

The Christian tradition calls such spirits, Earthbound ones, "Spiritus immundus" (singular), impure spirits. They certainly are that in their humour! And that humour 'perfectly' blends into hostile and abusive psychic energy.

I once went to an abbey, and heard a priestly voice say, with pity, "you are unclean". He meant that I am spiritually defiled (and I suppose also contagious) through being subject to mental intercourse with spirits of impure emotionality and intent. Strange to hear that from a spirit. (The definition of unclean I just gave was from a dictionary).

The troublesome spirits cause confusion, whether by actually interfering with my body language in public situations making me seem untrustworthy (! - true, such is their influence over my psyche), and also misleading others, higher or earthbound, spirits about my thoughts. Now I ring an imaginary bell to indicate that I am under attack, and it actually helps clarify for those spirits around me what is going on. (This must be hard to understand! But these are the facts of my everyday life). When the troublesome spirits mess with my thoughts to make them unpleasant and rude, it often is not just an injury to me but it looks for an instant like they are exactly my thoughts. So now I ring the bell (like lepers used to do to signify they were 'unclean' and contagious). The bell helps to signify that there is spiritual danger to anyone in spirit who notices.

OK, that was too hard to understand and believe, I'm sure. But I feel my normal self writing this.

There must be so many unhappy spirits either stuck on Earth or spirits of ill will close by Earth that cause humanity pollution. There must be so many of them. I wonder what God is doing about them. I wonder what God thinks about them - or rather, how he would describe them to me - he/she wouldn't say they are psychopathic, dysfunctional, because those words are dysfunctional. But still, the spirits in question must do a lot of harm, they do evil; however, essentially, they are not evil beings, because they exist, they are creatures of God.

Shortly after coming out of psychiatric hospital a few years ago, I heard a spiritual voice say "We're glad you're not mad anymore." It was just once that I heard that voice. It is very touching to have heard those words. I know it was an earthbound spirit - I can tell earthbound spirit from mortal telepathic, and good-natured spirits from badly-mannered and evil-behaved ones; I know the difference between a celestial voice and an Earthbound voice, just from having heard them once.

I have to ask myself, why don't I do something about this, and go on a massive campaign to track down someone in the world who is more psychic, more knowing and more healthy than I am who can put things right for me. Why not? Answer: a lack of mindfulness; and busy-ness; and loss of faith; and beliefs of scarcity of people with such skills; and maybe I'm not ready to be healed yet, who knows. So I have to forgive myself. It's something I consciously wish to do later, soon, but not now. For instance I'm busy now, about to move house (hopefully). but maybe I should start some distance healing with the person I have in mind. I think I'll do that actually! Contact them and ask them to see what they can do from afar (I am quite a long way from where they are, it involves a special trip).

A happy moment. We'll see what happens. I guess I'll feel happier for doing something about this, this unbelievable situation of fully conscious psychic attack by negative-thinking 'demoniac' spirits and overcrowding by ghosts.

Condition Summary

In addition to previous schizophrenic symptoms of hallucination and delusion, I experience painful spiritual phenomena based around past trauma, personal power, and the ability of other beings to be energetically 'attached' to me. These spiritual symptoms are as follows:

Telepathic psychological abuse, also described as mental domination by spirits, is the central element in the condition. It operates by thought disturbance, by forceful manipulation of thinking and attention rather than by heard voices.

Spiritual domination following damage to aura by extensive cannabis use can also be accompanied by spiritual possession of telepathic faculties that may harm others, whenever possible. Pronounced psychic awareness was developed or awakened by cannabis use, and is now disadvantageously serving to allow psychic attack by spirits (for unknown reason) and signalling the presence of ghosts.

Voices of ghosts are frequently heard, which can be as painful as psychological abuse sometimes. Not only experiencing psychic nudity, but sharing space with ghosts and experiencing no physical privacy.

But enough of complaints, enough of what is spoken partly through suffering!

I have close spiritual friends also, through the gift of clairaudience communicating with spirits from 'Heaven' who visit and attend to me apparently constantly. I have a strong belief in an afterlife, and hence in a spiritual reality and in God. I am 'spiritual' and happy!

Secondly, I am gaining spiritual mastery, learning about primal creativity - manifestation - and how to control it in a positive loving way.

Thirdly, I am helping to change the beliefs of the world via this blog, sabotaging (!) in a small way the split between science and the traditional spiritual beliefs of the world, in favour of a more flexible system of medical psychology. I recognise that I have become a parapsychologist with useful knowledge to complement my useful parapsychic abilities.

Fourthly, I may actually get better, and mostly through my own efforts. These efforts will be spiritual; I will also have to work on my emotions, thoughts and perceptions of my life history.

There it is!
Good luck to all of you. May you understand and feel free.

Discarnate Dad: Celestial Discipline!!

Life was easy until my dad died; it doesn't seem like so long ago that he passed on, but it is nearly five years (it will be five years next March).

You may gather from my blog that I hear things - I hear voices that I say are from Heaven (or ghosts or other spirits). So when my dad died, I started to hear him too.

This is all good, I love my dad, but...  He's around me a lot of the time every day, in a supportive way, which is brilliant... but he also brings discipline, which is often opposed with what I am doing. I feel the force of his will, but often I am vigorously pulling in the other direction. This can be quite traumatic at times. So it's not always the best having a dad in spirit - but it's still my dad, you know? I always end up forgiving him, no matter how angry he makes me.

He's the only person who disciplines me, of all my celestial friends and relations, and he can be critical or obstructive at times when I feel sensitive, too, wishing for gentle treatment.

The funny thing is, there's a general idea that people become 'saints' when they die, changing their nature and becoming very good, - but that's not the case. I guess people move on in what they understand from their way of life from a heavenly perspective, but that might not mean they suddenly change a lot. Your dad is still your dad, and will wish the best for you, and might wish for the best for you so much that he anxiously impresses his will on you to guide you.

I should listen more. I wish he would be more gentle with me. I should think myself lucky having someone near me with the higher knowledge that a Celestial viewpoint offers! He knows things about what may come about. Before I had my second breakdown, some weeks before, I felt fine, but I heard his voice telling me that I was about to go through one of the greatest trials of my life...

There are many other things he seems to know too, which I don't doubt he may have reason to think, but I don't wish to publish them here.

PS Grr! My dad is still making his presence felt in uncomfortable ways. Being assertive, I would say that he is exceeding his position; he seems to be happy making his will felt forcefully.

In my opinion, he is not always in the right. He can be unfair. This is another thing, not just someone from the afterlife being ornery, but being at fault... However I have realised that he wishes me to find fulfilment, and when he thinks I am veering off path, he can impose himself. This adds up to pressure for me, and interference with my activities and will, which can't be right. (I get the feeling of being blocked, so that if I am doing something creative, for example, my thinking is disrupted and blocked). During these blockages, I have wished to take down his pictures from my home, to put him out of my mind and feelings, because he offended me so much.

The other day I heard him say "No one ever says no to him" (no one out of all the spirits around me every day). This I think is fine. I trust myself and my 'sense of direction'. I don't think he quite appreciates what he is doing. I am writing this partly to shame him into stopping! I have to say, I have felt him hit me; it was some months ago, and I was doing something he opposed. He tried, from spirit, to hit me in the face, and I felt it a little. He was very high strung at the time. But when he 'comes in' like this with his forceful will, it feels wrong to me, and that is part of the reason why I resist it; I get a sense of injustice.
In a dream a few months ago, he was 'with' me. I became aware I was dreaming. He got up, went behind me, and hit me round the back of the head! He did this in the way an angry parent might do to their child.

My piano-playing is a bugbear. I like to play, but he will often resist me playing; once I was very angry and asked him why he was doing it, and he said "I don't want you to become a performer." I think he's out of line. It's my life, my fulfilment, my choice.

In the end, he is acting out of love. But it is not a detached love, and it is not manifesting in ways that love does (ie giving me free rein, supporting my freedom). He wishes me to be fulfilled and happy, but his way, not mine... Still, I love him, and do not wish to be alienated from him.

PPS 31 Jan 2011
Recently I had another falling-out with my passed-on dad. To the effect that I didn't want to think of him. Always, I can love him as a son loves a father at best, but how can I be grateful if he hurts me when I am already feeling vulnerable? I 'rebuked' him for adding to my stress and attempting to take away my freedom. Now I keep telling him to be gentle, - because so much of the condition is about being in pain or under stress, so you don't want anyone 'on your side' adding to it. Hopefully this will lead to a change.

Spiritual Safety And Well-Being

Look online and you find countless methods of self-care for the spiritually sensitive when you search for special terms like and .

Search online for books on and you will find many sources of information for those who wish to protect or defend themselves against subtle energy related causes of unhappiness.

Search online for spiritual healing practitioners, and you will call up a host of mediums, shamans and Reiki transmitters and others [of differing ability and even of differing honesty (- beware of dishonest people seeking to effectively rob you whilst smiling! May God bless them and be closely with them.) Still, it seems you can do very much yourself, on your own, with a program of daily spiritual self-care].

Recent books, fervent posts on spiritual well-being, ages-old traditions of healing spiritual relations. These are organised systems of belief... and although part of an 'alternative' culture, they will 'by and large' be put forth by people who can be certified sane.

  1. There is a Deity, that is loving to all
  2. There are guardians who can be called on to help bring spiritual well-being - celestial people, angels, departed loved ones, and even animals

Those who can heal us help us with any energies that affect us that are not moving very quickly, by nudging them into a lighter state, usually by working with a higher power, a stronger power of love and light. You or I can help ourselves through prayer and faith in those Higher Powers, we can even seek to commune with them, drawing them closely to us, until our vibration is faster and we are naturally free from spiritual causes of unhappiness.

Good luck is strong connection with those Higher Powers, and good luck is a habit of spiritual self-care; this is true for all people, but especially those who are sensitive to the subtle reality of Spirit. The rest of health is in being natural - in us being a friend and blessing, in us being happy, in maintaining good relations and in common sense.

So much for my ideas about spiritual health-and-happiness, gained from research and reflections on eleven and a half years of psychic disturbance. For real.

Night is setting in as I write this, and I can see half of the moon, bright in the clear sky.

Supplication says "I pray for you who read this; I wish all of you you all good".
Faith says "God is working miracles with us; even now we are knowing health-and-happiness."
Amen.

Spiritual Self-Care: An Excellent Link

I have just come across an excellent document online about spiritual self-care; it seems to offer the basics of self-care that I am advocating on this blog for anyone with extra-sensory awareness and an experience of psychic attack.

Do you believe you are psychic?
Do you believe there is someone in your spiritual 'space' who is unwelcome?
→ Then read this document on spiritual self-care.

The document is really clear and easy to read and it helps explain what is good to know, for those in the situation described above.

My General Point of View: Schizophrenia And Spirituality

I recently had a debate with someone close to me, via letter, about the way I see the world. My position, as someone who has parapsychic experiences, must be like the way a mystic feels when denounced by atheists. There is an experiential divide, which is sadly being used as a basis for argument... I mean one person is open to things that the other cannot know, yet that other person claims to know more.

Most people are unaware of the paranormal, as a real experience rather than an idea or belief system; this must be true. The paranormal, or spiritual experience, is a less popular branch of reality than mere spiritual belief is, - and we all know how contentious that is. So with the paranormal we are dealing with something like a niche belief that inspires everything from scorn and ridicule to labels of insanity. It's no wonder that I, as someone who claims to be very psychic, has trouble being believed in that claim, especially once my past history of illness is brought into frame. What's more, I even think that the world I know is unusual in occult terms, a paranormal paranormality.

Here's my point of view:
  • If you have spiritual belief, embrace the sixth sense. Scientists know that we do not find traces of God in the Universe - unless they argue that Everything is God. So God is therefore an extra-sensory reality... to be known by extra-sensory perception. As a spiritual person, either you know God, or you have faith in someone who does. Do you have any experiences of God? Then the chances are that they came as special sensings, or in dreams.
  • It is a common belief in mediumistic circles that everyone has psychic capability that can be developed into active extra-sensory perception. Logically, this even includes people with profound mental illness. Schizophrenic people can also be psychic. Schizophrenic people can be having extra-sensory perceptions - whatever the doctors say, who deny the possibility of 'voices' being real, and turn a blind eye to spiritualism, claiming that there are only five senses.

So these are my views. I admit, I'm a little angry after this debate, because of the perceived emotion in the other person who I was corresponding with. You can sense a closed mind, and it's insulting when someone presumes you must be wrong because you have had psychosis, even though they may actually believe that psychic perception is possible.

"Dream-Sharing" And Other Extra-Sensory Perceptions On The Borders Of Waking Consciousness

Those of you who grew up in the eighties in America or Europe may be (dimly) familiar with the concept of Dream-sharing, from a TV programme. The "Fraggles" could share dreams if they fell asleep with their heads touching!

I have had experience vaguely like this -  and doubtless you will have done too.

I very often have visions when I close my eyes, ever since I apparently blew my psychic senses open with cannabis! A lot of my psychic perceptions related to dream-sharing are through visions.

One night, staying with my brother, during a hard time of his life, I 'saw', during the night a brief vision of him walking the road to the place of execution that Jesus Christ walked: he was carrying a cross and obviously oppressed by heavy feelings. This vision symbolised his state of mind, and showed that while unconscious he had found refuge in the meaning of that journey to martyrdom, and was borrowing strength from Jesus in reliving that archetypal role.
That was an unusual occurrence for me. I had that vision, it cohered with the situation my brother was in, and I fit it within my experience as described, to mean that I had known his dream.

Spiritual teaching indicates that very often the spirit roams around once the body is asleep, usually navigating the astral planes.
There are supposedly many dimensions of experience, I read they number thirty in total, and Life as we know it is different in each dimension.
I have had visions of strange lifeforms, but with human personalities known to me 'attached' to them; - bear with me!! On the higher dimensions, it seems from these visions, as we float away towards God and increase in our power, we can create and evolve ourselves into anything, and my theory is that we do this to protect ourselves from psychological or spiritual threats, whether that be the astral form of the person who is your rival, or any manner of supposed threat. Presumably someone with a more disciplined and peaceful mind might merely experience Divine peace whilst in these higher dimensions.
This all sounds far-fetched, but it is quite certain to me, without a shadow of irrationality falling across it. These strange evolutions that I have seen on a few occasions indicate our great power as creative and evolutionary beings - in that light, these claims seem gloriously reasonable.
I have never read about such a reality of shape-shifting, these statements are purely based on first hand experience. Who knows the subconscious mind? Why not dream of being another life form?

Are you still reading?? I hope you are.
So if we 'move about' in spirit during our dreams, then we can meet up, and some of our dreams about other people must be real interactions. I remember reading about a certain person, and soon after I met them whilst dreaming and shook their hand. That person is now a spiritual friend of mine and is near me everyday as a friend and helper.

Doreen Virtue, the "angel lady" writes about how during dreamtime, very often our souls travel to Heaven for education, for life lessons; - I have had such dreams, whether they be art lessons, or discussions with peers about vegetarianism. Doreen also says that we can travel and interact with others to help them, giving our dreamtime to helping others through our wisdom and caring.

My favourite moments of 'dream-sharing' are those when I am awake, just slipped out of sleep, and I hear the voice of someone I know, whether mother, brother or friend, and they talk to me. It is clear that they are dreaming (somehow it's obvious, whether from the innocence in their voices or the loose, dreamy rationality of their speech). You realise that someone is paying attention to you on the dream plane. You get a sense of the deeper nature of that person, the goodness of their heart or their purity. Clearly these are occasions when I and another have been communing together on the dream planes, and then I wake up and through my own psychic gifts I am able to be aware of them still. However, I would not say that those others would be able to testify to the connection, since they normally sound as though they are asleep.

Once, falling asleep I had a vision of my mother as a child. This was after bed-time, so I believe she had fallen asleep - and slipped straight into the consciousness of her inner child, as a psychological safety mechanism, as an indication of where she is happiest, - or was happiest on that night. This was a profound moment, and gave insight into her psyche that cohered with how she expresses herself when she is awake.

Well, I don't know if you can 'buy' all  that, but it comes from real psychic experience, and all of it goes to prove that truth is stranger than fiction, that "there are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy." - That's not meant here as an insult, but as an invitation to open the mind. I emphasise again how all this comes from a calm and sober mentality! I know I'm not at fault in my thinking about these perceptions, and ask you to consider them real.
These perceptions make sense within a very grand reality of interconnectedness and power, and within a spiritual aspect of reality about which most may be unknowing.

I hope you have enjoyed these sharings on dream-sharing!

Waking Up In The World: Spiritual Beginnings

I have read in various places that steps taken to safeguard our well-being through spiritual techniques are the equivalent of wearing clothes to protect ourselves from the elements.

Once you are aware of the World of Spirit, you find yourself reborn again, and naked again as a newborn baby - and should put on your 'clothes' for your own good.

This is all as simple as imagining bright light around you, which has a natural shielding capability. Less energetic 'pollution' for your organism, less affected by others' harmful emotions, less spiritual danger.

In the last few days, I have been reading "Working With Earth Energies" by David Furlong. This seems to be a good book, based on the authority of thirty years' experience with the World of Spirit as someone with gifted awareness. I bought this book for its promise of relating to the Earth, and feeling connected within its energies; however, Mr Furlong provides methods for grounding ("Earth attunement", he calls it), and for shielding, - and he also describes a method for allowing Earthbound spirits to transition to the Light, to go Home to 'Heaven'. This is a book I recommend. I can't write his techniques here, because I don't wish to infringe copyright. He was one person who says that spiritual self-care (maintenace of the aura) is like wearing clothes; another person to have written that same idea is Derek Acorah.

Rubber Personality

"M a l l e a b l e" would perhaps be a better term than 'rubber', meaning 'easy to mould'. Some people are more suggestible than others - easier to convince, hypnotise, manipulate even; I'm one of them. On the paranormal side, this means I am very sensitive to energies.

I wrote about the need to feel 'in grace', and the feeling of not being in grace. Being in someone's bad books - so much so that it's a chronic problem, manifesting like depression. It's like expressing yourself through a cloud of smog - the real you doesn't get through. You may feel:

  • silly
  • annoying
  • stupid
  • down
  • submissive
  • small
  • weak
  • hyper
These are personality disturbances I get. I put it down to being 'connected' to people who think strongly about me in certain ways. In ways that are negative.

"I hate you"
- "You don't know me well enough to hate me."

Psychologists among the readership here will understand what's meant by holding an image of someone else that's not accurate, that says more about the first person than the other, that they even attack. I remind you of something you dislike, so you attack me. At the end of the day, you may think I'm different to you in a way that irritates you. In fact, you may be grossly mistaken. In fact, you may, through the metaphysical laws ("Where thought goes, there energy follows") be changing me, be moulding me, be turning me into your personal monster and punchbag.

An ungrounded person is more malleable. An unshielded person is more open to disturbance.

Guess I should ground more. Kneel down, close my eyes and touch the ground reverently, and wish my energy to unify with the earth.
Everyone has a 'grounding cord' coming from the base of their spine that acts as a spiritual overflow, going deep into the earth. Sometimes this cord is not well-grounded; it can be visualised as a six-foot wide 'tree trunk' touching the heartcore of Earth for better energy diffusion and well-being - this is a spiritual technique.

'Shielding' is the effect that comes from visualising your 'aura' as being full of light/Light. It has the natural effect of repelling dark spiritual influences.

My mind is open, not private, and there is an audience there who does not like me, does not trust me, and does not know me, and I find it hard to express my natural dignity and true nature because of that and because of the spiritual attacks I get injuring me and undermining my self-esteem.
The opinion held of me is similar to the thought-force that attacks me, since injuring my self-esteem will make me feel small and weak.
But I try and think good thoughts. The Buddha said that good intentions bear fruit eventually and transform circumstances/ fortune. (And likewise with unloving intention).

Ten years of daily psychic attack. I hope I may be out of it in another ten years. Out of personal verbal abuse, psychological injury and personality oppression.
I don't really remember so well what things were like before this phase of life. Disturbance to my health began when I was eighteen, I'm thirty now, I'm hoping to come through this - I gain mastery all the time, though as if from 'the other end of the rope' - at this end of the rope, there is no change, I am always the focus of the same amount of hostile mental intrusion. But I gradually become more myself, more sociable, more spiritually knowing, more clear in intellect, more able in the external world of actions.

Phew! So my point here is that the mind of thoughts, and personality, are linked and both subject to change - and 'oppression' through psychic influence. This is not just a condition afflicting the thinking life, it affects the expression of my nature through my personality as well.

PS I'd say that most people at present do not know me as I am. I think my dad would have got a shock when he came to visit me after he died and 'saw' who I really am inside. My true self is not introverted but more extraverted, is a fluent speaker (linked to confidence), and like a 'light entertainment TV host'! Maybe that's my future! Watch out for me! I have a hard time expressing that quick-witted, funny, talkative and agreeable side, but it's who I am, it's who I will evolve to reveal myself to be. That's good. I know what it's like to feel healthy. I once saw a shamanic healer who removed all mental duress and restored my feelings of ease and spaciousness and natural warmth of personality. Do you have a feel for who I am? Sadly, running for the bus afterwards, travelling on a busy train and talking to my mother on the phone, combined with a return to accustomed patterns of thinking outside the shaman's presence served to undo these immediate effects of the healing within the course of an afternoon. But I still had that! I still experienced feeling and being healthy in mind! What a miracle. I even heard his helper spirits during the healing (all shamans work with good spirits); they said to me "You who give, you will receive, you shall be well"; - I had been thinking about how I am always giving, primarily through my fending off of the mental influence of hostile spirit-people.

"You shall be well"

You have to remember to have hope sometimes; you have to remember the love of God, and the way it feels to be loved by God; you have to have hope.

Good luck, good health and happiness to you. Or should I say Grace, good vibes, and good spiritual relations to you. It's all about feeling grace and being in harmony with the rest of the cosmos - even with our own selves ultimately, probably.

Signing off,

Yours

Too Open. Painfully Psychic Mind

I remember the exact turning point when I was walking down the street and thought others could know my thoughts. In Heaven this is probably normal, but there they are also filled with the highest love, God's Love. Here on Earth, this can be a very uncomfortable state...

My theory is this: a 'shell' of awareness becomes damaged or lost, so that it is more obvious what is going through one's mind. They say communication is telepathic, normally - you meet someone and you instantly connect with them; when you are too open, this connection is very uncomfortable, feels embarrassing and is subject to negative manipulation. (However, normally, telepathic connection occurs at a higher level than we can consciously know about).

For me, psychosis came about through use (or abuse) of cannabis. It's not all misdiagnosed psychicness in my situation. I have hallucinated and been delusional. This feeling of openness is common to people with schizophrenia, is a scientifically identifed symptom.
Knowing spiritual people claim that cannabis 'turns off the aura'. I have previously stated that the biofield around every being acts to a degree to preserve positive energetic awareness, so when it is disabled, of course we will be subject to spiritual manipulation and negative spiritual interactions, if we have the luck to attract that. The aura has different layers, commonly called 'bodies'; there are different bodies affecting the different parts of body and mind. I think perhaps some damage occurs to the mental body around the head to create this painful openness (telepathic openness); or perhaps it is a question of the aura not functioning as it usually does, or not being grounded enough (not strong enough in its connection to the Earth).

Also, in my experience, openness is maintained by the connection I have with malevolent spirits. I believe that if I was at peace with them, the openness would go away. I would feel more comfortable in public, I would feel 'normal' around others. They act like an obstacle blocking a door open and keeping it from shutting.

It must be there is a shell of awareness, as I have stated, that keeps us from being bombarded by telepathic messages, and keeps our thoughts private (although in a semi-permeable way, being open to the Light and the agents of Light in Heaven).
It is this shell of awareness that the malevolent spirits try and break through in attempting to force telepathic awareness between me and others, often intiating sudden psychic awareness, and with the sole intention of causing distress. This does, I know, require a leap of faith, for most. Telepathy and interference with telepathic abilities and ordinary awareness. This is the furthest edge of the paranormal, then! I can explain, but here, it's hardest to believe!

This hostile psychic influence is like forced penetration. It violates privacy and the right to peace. The spirits who are causing this are forcing connection between their mind and mine, or in three ways, between their mind and my mind and that of another or others. On some level it must bring them peace to be within this enclosure of intimacy, it must make all things right with them, allowing them to feel safe and normal. It is the psychology of intrusion and super-control playing out. On some level, they are displaced, and can only feel whole by displacing another and residing in their place.

Furthermore, open awareness means openness to psychic pollution, not only actively from the lower spirit realms in the form of spirit attack, but in ambient ways, since outside the aura there is a degree of psychic pollution, both from the lower spirit realms and surrounding the Earth. It is said that the negative thoughts and emotions that people have surround the earth like smog, slowing the evolution of all life on Earth and causing harm. Perhaps the feeling of not being in grace - of being cursed - comes from openness, from connection with beings living in energetic pollution, constantly channelling feelings of discontent into my mind.
New Age teachings say that people now are being called on to practise mental hygiene for the good of all, to monitor their thoughts and feelings and keep them 'positive', that is, loving, rather than fear-based. Actually, part of my day-to-day responses to spirit intrusion is strict mental hygiene, is ensuring I do not upset my energy further by engaging in negative thinking. I try to use positive language in speaking and thinking, and I try not to harbour negative emotions. I keep my mind clean with affirmations and prayer. Actually, all the 'mental hygiene' is quite an effort, - it could seem overly fussy or obsessive, but it bears great fruit in keeping my mind stable, making things easier.

So what else can I write about telepathic openness? This: it is like we are in a world where we have forgotten the facts and live in our beliefs, such as they are. Is there ultimately anything wrong with being naked? If we 'dream' that nakedness is bad, we will be distressed if we are made to be naked. We choose shame, when if we were knowing we would choose peace. Enforced nudity is different though, in that there is the aspect of injury and violation of the individual will, and how should we deal with that? It is the same as with any crime: with compassion, with forgiveness as much as we are able. There is a higher spiritual truth that we can access about this overriding of individual will, in forgiving the mistakes that another makes on their route of spiritual evolution, in mishandling us. The angels say we all stumble on the path, like little children, and God understands that.
Enforced mental nudity? This can only be because the ones who do the revealing were never comfortable with their own mental nudity, were never comfortable with their own thoughts and feelings, were never loving towards themselves for what went through their minds, and repeat this every time they seek to shame us by revealing our thoughts in forced telepathic connection with others and intruding into our space aggressively. They are not at peace with themselves. If you are at peace with your naked mind, show them how to be peaceful in the same way. This will be healing.

Mr S' Believe It Or Not...

Yesterday I had to employ the services of a locksmith. Out of sheer happiness to be helped, I tipped him on top of a not inconsiderable sum, and as he went away, his thoughts came to me that I was " a nice man." I heard him thinking as I was shutting the door and as he was going away. He did not seem aware that he was heard thinking. I wonder if it was heard and communicated by the fact of the presence of the 'ghosts' (ghost-people) around me listening to him thinking. Still, this was nice - nice to be nice, and nice to be telepathic!

It should be noted that although I am very telepathic when no one is around, - often hearing people who I can sense are living 'in the body' on earth, as well as having running jokes with visiting spirits and highly conscious ghost-people around me, - it is extremely rare for me to hear the thoughts of people I am physically around.
Shall I complicate this? I'll go on - it is typical of the overlooking harmful disturbing spirits to force my thoughts out of me to telepathically connect with others in awkward and distressing ways, to shame me or others. Telepathy is their favourite medium, and their chief asset, due to their spiritual state. I feel sure that they caused others to hear my thoughts or sense my mind's workings - and cause sudden psychic awakening in those others. These spirits often delight in causing confusion and upset, and they use me as a medium to do it. My mind gets possessed. I feel a pressure on my thoughts. This is the same pressure that I feel ordinarily, diverting my thoughts into painful avenues when these harmful spirits are attacking me. That is, when there is potential for me to think a distressing thought, they will forcibly change the direction of my thinking to focus on the painful idea related to what I was thinking about. It comes with the feeling of psychological torturing.

This sounds so far-fetched, but it is good to articulate and share it. I guess, as I said, I have 'complicated' this post by going on into the related subject of telepathic attack. But, this is a good description of what goes on inside me (or, if you like, what seems to go on inside me).

To explain further - I think someone who does not share this condition may be thinking, well how can diverting thoughts hurt? Well, I say, think about why words hurt. That's in the core of this. Is it true that "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me", as some of us are taught to remember as children? Is that true? Not in my experience. Secondly, think about tools of psychological torture such as guilt and shame - the spirits, more or less deliberately, work to inflict a negative self-image based on the past and present. Lastly, think about aversion - those things to which we naturally prefer to avoid, whether what we are avoiding is real outside us or can be real in our minds as ideas. If you don't like spiders, if I am a spirit, sometimes I will be able to make you think about spiders and feel uncomfortable. If something could remind you of some personal shame or guilt, if I am a spirit, I will be able to make your mind dwell on that painful thought. And sometimes the harshness of unascended spirits comes through, - their anger and discontent comes through - as violent language ('cursing' / 'swearing' language) or even violent imagery at times. they have so much anger to express and rid themselves of, it comes through at every available opportunity.
Again, I believe I have described clearly what happens inside of me during this experience of "spirit attack". So is my work here done?! I mean is this the higher purpose of this blog? Perhaps. And perhaps its other functions include further analysis of the parts of this condition, and possible remedies.

I apologise for my language sounding complex and like a university lecturer! I consciously try to write in an accessible style, but sometimes I slip into words like the ones I use when writing privately about this, in my journal.

Until next time,
Wishing you good luck in your health,

Mr S

Hierarchy Of Credibility

Today I'm going to write about a hierarchy of credibility when talking about my condition and abilities.

"The more paranormal the subject you are describing, the more careful you must be in order to seem sane to others!"

The topic of this post came to me as I was thinking about my condition. Simply put, it's easiest to talk about the most accessible areas of my experience first, this forms the base of the hierarchy, which we could say is in the shape of a pyramid. The next layer up is smaller, less accessible, and finally the highest layer is smaller still, and is the least credible reality.

  • The Base: Something believable to many, thanks to the likes of Colin Fry and Gordon Smith and so on; I can tell people that I know my deceased dad is around me in spirit every day. In further detail, I can say that I believe it is possible to stay in touch with the departed, and describe mediumship as a natural ability available to all, and I can say that my family and friends in Heaven are around me in spirit every day. This is a common spiritualist reality, and not too challenging for others to take in if they themselves are reasonable beings but not very actively spiritual. In summary: I am in touch with the departed (and hear their voices in my mind).
  • Layer 2: Okay so I may have neglected to say about the Base Level that I am in close contact with Person X and Person Y who were famous in their lifetimes and who are serving me in their continuing mission of Love from their celestial vantage points... but that may vary on how open a person seems to be to my description of the base Level scenario. Now on to Layer 2...: Usually accounts of this layer may be reserved for curious and disbelieving close family, for people in the spiritualist community (I mean those of Spiritualist Churches) and thirdly for spiritual healing professionals, such as the local 'shaman' / Reiki practitioner / crystal healer. These people I tell: I have ghosts around me (and I can hear their voices in my mind).
  • Layer 3: ...is controversial. OK, mediumship; OK, ghosts. Not too bad, not too incredible: mediumship is part of our culture now, and ghosts have been part of our common folklore seemingly forever. Now we get controversial, and the territory is not very clearly mapped out, the territory is hard to describe to others. Baffling to interested close family, and disbelieved, refuted by the psychiatrist - and even by some spiritual healing practitioners (one I saw). I experience disturbance at the mental level from some spirits. [I won't call them lower spirits, or refer to them as being of the 'Dark Side' (the darker portion of the spirit world), nor will I call them demons for convenience, these are spirits of human beings created by the same God as created me]. This part of our culture has passed into the realms of forgotten and shunned superstition, and as a result there is no kind of credence for it commonly in society and formally in medicine. Which is OK, in ways - less superstition can be a good thing - but less safety is not a good thing. So one spiritual healing practitioner could not see in my aura any signs of attack; but another was able to notice signs of interference to two of my chakras (to the crown and solar plexus chakras). (Why the discrepancy between the observations of the two healing professionals? It is mysterious; of course I side with the person who was able to detect signs of attack, corroborating my inner experience).

There are no other layers to this pyramid.
I am lucky that the spirit disturbance is not worse than it is. It's like a serious form of annoyance, a form of psychic attack. Although in disturbing my thoughts the spirits 'possess' my thinking, they do not fully 'possess' me. Secondly the degree of evil could be worse: the attack is focused on me to injure me, but its evil is not often extreme.

It has been valuable to me to clarify this hierarchy, I hope you benefit from it too. Although things can seem incredible, they can still be true. In a world of divided belief, you must stand up for what is real to you, and you must find someone able to help you, of whom there are many.

Prognosis

1) My illness is steadily being ironed out.

I owe a lot to anti-psychotics (but they owe me some, too). They helped me get over delusions, but they have also been dangerous - they were as bad as cannabis in producing a psychotic break when I stopped taking my medicine suddenly (through stress).

Still I'm left with painful 'symptoms' of mental suffering - and the doc won't prescribe me any tranquillisers to take away the considerable pain - again good and bad, no addiction, but still some extremely painful and difficult days.

2) I think I've done myself enough psychic damage to last me most of my life - I think spiritually it will be a long time before I recover. Read this for a spiritual perspective into the psychic damage that can be caused by cannabis use. It's not just the psychiatrists who warn us not to use cannabis.

I think, in twelve years and more, at the current rate of progress, I should be free of mental intrusion from the astral.
I feel it could be another thirty years before I integrate the psychic changes that using cannabis intensively has caused me, but by then I should be quite highly developed as a psychic. We'll see. I'd also like to give something back to society in the mean time, if possible.

Haunting

Following on from my last post, in which I called into doubt all my experience (!) I would like to extend an electronic hand of friendship, (since we're on the Internet) to those experiencing  haunting.

Experiencing haunting, you may, in this day and age - if you are not an experienced psychic - doubt yourself and wonder if you are insane.

I think it's a major calling really - it's a major Life-experience. The sad fact is that it may be hard to clear up, but I guess it also will set you on a Life-path of spirituality and awareness.
The souls gravitate towards you because of your sensitvity and the amount of Light you are putting out into the world - its a kind of compliment.

Problem:
You're on a blog about schizophrenic-type symptoms. Experiencing haunting, your average doctor may well decide you are not well... You have to take sides and decide which world you belong to, for there are many worlds on and supported by our Earth. Conversely you can walk out and get exorcised by a priesthood, or cured by a witch-doctor type.

With me, I experience ordinary haunting, I hear usually two or more spirits trapped in the etheric near me, and a rather worse type of haunting from afar by spirits less well-known to me, who can exert influence over my mental activity. There are two tyes of haunting going on in my life. If you are goig through something simliar, I etxned my hand to you. I know something of the apin you may go through, and the heaviness of the weight of what is often more than harassment, and extends into - and mind the cliche of schizophrenic symptomology - persecution.

In this entry, I just want to say, yes, it's real, keep going, have courage, you can find a way through.
Psychicness can be nice, but this kind of paranormality isn't. You end up craving the normality you once knew. You can create any condition you like for yourself. You are very strong! Have faith that you can reclaim your spiritual space.

A final note: I read recently that aggression is a cry for help; no matter how authoritative your attacker or oppressor, no matter how strong they seem, in truth they are weak in their core - ask yourself what help they could use and what you could do for them.

Paranormality or Paralunacy?

Where is the line between believing you are in the world of the paranormal and being, actually, in the realm of paralunacy?

I remember seeing a healer who 'turned off' the moment I began to talk about the finer points of telepathy. You may have the same reaction, now...: there is a force that impels my mind to make telepathic connection and it is very strong. I get hijacked by malevolent spirits. They say where thought goes, there energy follows, and well, I stopped watching TV and listening to live music a few years ago. I felt the spirits were polluting others' awareness through me, which isn't a nice situation to be in, to be a bearer of that energy.

I guess I could use this page for confession, seeing as it's anonymous; the hijacking of my mind, which is obviously telepathically 'switched-on' and susceptible to interference, has caused me great feelings of guilt, because of the darkness that previously came through me, before I abstained from those aforementioned media.

Crazy, huh?

I guess there have always been people of experience, and people who ask them, "Is this true?" Just nowadays, in the developed urban world, the orthodox tends to ask "Is this true?" in a way that discredits experience, rather than seeking to be sure of it and verify it. The skeptics are the orthodox, but the people of experience still keep rolling on. Still, telepathy like I have known must be pretty unusual.

Apparently, some people are senders and other people are receivers. I do 'hear', in the special clairaudient way, but I guess I am a powerful sender, and this faculty is open to exploitation.
Paralunacy or paranormality? What  you believe depends partly on your experience and the teachings you have received - and beyond that depends on how much you can maintain an open mind and open heart.
