More On Psychic Development

If you do not feel yourself or are having trouble closing down, this will likely mean that you have to clear your energy from unwanted foreign energies. This can be done by taking a salt water bath, burning dry sage leaves or visualising being in a waterfall, or standing in a powerful sunbeam or rainbow, for example. Lighting a candle and saying some prayers will also help purify you energy. This is called clearing! It puts you back in touch with yourself and your strength.

Another important method of psychic development is 'grounding', which is keeping a close energetic connection to the Earth. The Earth feeds us energy coming up through our feet and up through our legs, and the Earth also takes away excess or unwanted energy through a cord that comes from the base of the spine that goes down deep into the Earth. There are many famous meditations to help with grounding, such as imagining plant roots coming from one's feet and going deep into the ground. You can also see your grounding cord as a thick tree trunk going all the way to the centre of the Earth. If you are not very good at visualising, for some reason, then foster a relationship with the Earth in practical ways. Go outside and touch the ground, and think of the Earth with affection. All of this gives us strength. Remember the Earth beneath you!

Closing down was covered in the last post. This involves mentally closing the chakras apart from the base, red chakra. A simple way to do this is to imagine all the chakras closing, and then work with a dim, flickering red flame in your imagination, which you associate with your base chakra.

Finally, shielding. This is merely to strengthen your natural defences by imagining being surrounded by bright light. This helps minimise any disturbing energetic influences that come your way. It need not be done in a spirit of fear, no more than you would fear the rain when putting on a raincoat. I read that shielding yourself a few times a day brings the best results.

A good sequence of activity could be

Clearing

Grounding

Shielding

Closing

Shielding

There. There are some basic skills of psychic development. I wish someone had told me these ten years ago and said these skills were IMPORTANT and CAN HELP. You've just learnt some very valuable information in only about ten minutes.

Clearing reduces interference.

Grounding strengthens your energy

Shielding minimises intrusions by unwanted energies

Closing down filters out the spiritual, as desired.

This is valuable information, and will certainly help anyone involved in spiritual warfare for God.

I have known about all these things for some time, but have only just realised the importance of them. It will take some time to integrate their benefits, but they are tried and trusted methods. Two days ago, I was out in a town, and practising staying grounded, clear and closed down. I had a tiny breakthrough experience! I spoke to a ticket inspector on the train, and for the first time, I was strong and grounded. I sounded healthy and benevolent. Spirituality was there, and power was there, and health was there, all in my voice. I was expressing a tiny bit of my true self, for the first time in a very long time. (If you are used to having interference acting on your persona and thoughts and expression, you will know how valuable that is.)

Thank you for reading. Go forth and be lucky, be happy, be healthy - and be good! And don't be afraid.

Terms Of Warfare! Important Post and Ideas About "Evil"

I had some thoughts about the situation of being under the invasive influence of spiritual beings. The idea is to be accurate and loving at the same time - rather than waste energy and cause problems from using language that is wrong or aggressive.

Demon: As previously noticed, the word demon is confusing at best; in its root it means Master. It is used by us to denote malevolent beings in spirit. Firstly, "Hate the sin not the sinner", so identify bad behaviour without making a spirit person a bad being - for nothing God made is bad, I believe. Secondly, these spirits are trying to 'master' us, which is no mastery, but a crude power play that does not prosper in Eternity and in the God's Universe. So I would avoid using the word demon to describe malevolent spirits.

Devil: I don't believe that there is a duality in the Universe of God versus the Devil with our souls in the balance - I do not believe in those terms. No big Devil. However, there are clearly beings, people, in spirit with evil will, who wish to cause great harm - and the less we have to do with the, the better, though we can pray for them. Those spirits we could call devils, just like we could call them demons - but what good does that do? They are truly souls gone astray, requiring the love of God (and us) and redemption and prayer. Labels of good and evil set up division, which is as much as to say they create further conflict. So I would avoid calling them devils. It's also a kind of insult - again, aggression - and it perpetuates conflict.

Spiritual Warfare: do you really wish to cleanse the entire space between Earth and Heaven single-handed? I suggest not - there's too much, and Life is too valuable to spend any longer than necessary dealing with anything opposed to personal evolution and fulfilment. Don't declare war on all of darkness in spirit. He who fights and runs away lives to fight another day. It may be a minor point, but I prefer to think in terms of psychological warfare, as understood by Earthly war-makers, or psychological abuse as understood by psychologists - these philosophies allow us to think productively about the situation of psycho-spiritual attack.

Exorcism: I prefer the term spirit release, which has benign connotations, rather than the 'loaded' word "exorcism".

- The point is that we use language that is helpful. Language full of anger promotes conflict. Language of compassion promotes peace ("peace between" and "peace inside"). Let's not throw insults at (powerful) spirits who are not like us in approach to Life, and let's not declare war on the entire reality of pain. Better to focus on what is good, as metaphysical teachers say. Have a spiritual mission without having confrontation as one's central purpose. Peacefulness can fight (or the innocent would be overrun by evil), so we "Fight the good fight with all our might," as the Christian hymn goes. Peacefulness can fight, but it does so with a pure heart. Peacefulness can fight and unleash total aggression, but it's dominant psychology is always purity and goodness as generally understood by the human race down the ages. So we live in love, we do not live to hate. We live in peace through all that leads to peace. After all, if our final goal is to have power over another, we are the same as what has been called 'demon', or evil...

I had a dream of two enemies. one was pure of heart, the other was not pure of heart. They fought each other, killing each other again and again, and again and again they had the strength of mind to resurrect themselves and to fight each other. The one of lesser purity warred on the other, and the other had to fight back. It is the story of nemesis. Two equals who war.
In the end the pure one had the strength to self-resurrect and kill the other one last time. His purity had given him the extra power to live in peace. This is the tragic story of pain, that one can be driven by pain - and perhaps envy - to trouble another, even in ultimate ways. But, in eternity, the good always overcomes. There is change, and restoration of Joy. There is beautification and remembrance of love. Even if that means death (which is but a gateway to a greater reality), Light and Love always win. "Lux omnia Vincit" - Light always triumphs; and "Amor omnia vincit" - Love always triumphs; - these are two similar and valuable Latin mottoes. In the end the Light is not glad to kill the enemy, but sees the bigger picture where Life goes on, and is quietly glad in the righteous peace that has been gained.

I don't believe that peace must be passive. We can meet evil with strength and with enough strength, evil is dispersed and then there is peace. I suppose evil is Life in relationship with other members of Life in ways that are harmful to the Whole; Life need not be destroyed to give peace to the Whole, it is merely necessary to heal and restore the relations between the 'members' of Life.

Wishing you peace, peace and peace, and wishing you harmony with The All,

Mr. S.

Insight Into Psychic Well-Being vs Psychic Protection

The Creator within creation, that is who you are. The Divine Light and awareness within a human experience, that is who you are. Humanity and the material experience is awakening its awareness within your life, your body, your experience, and it is in a sense lifting up all those things that have been imbedded or bound. Then your being, the great light, the love that you work with and call forth in healing is perhaps chasing them away. Perhaps it is to dissolve, perhaps it is to leave. Do you understand? There is not a separation. Perhaps the place to look is that place that says ‘I have to control’.

[Additional reflection from Spirit: To us it is a place of where a person is sitting when they ask the question. If they are sitting in a place of saying these negative energies are coming into me, what can I do to protect myself, to transform them, what can I do…….that is a place that they are then sitting. And it is a place where there is still limitation, because they are not allowing their greater divinity to be present within that experience. They are containing their divinity within their identity. The containment again, the security. You can say I am Divine, it lives within me. I AM…….all these things you can say, but unless there is a surrender to the fullness of experiencing, of feeling of that experience, then there is a limit, a containment around it, a control of sorts. Anytime you are challenged and there is something that is not in your control, it is an opportunity to expand and surrender to the greater being that you are. At that time it is ‘go bigger’, expand, not control and protect more.]

Spiritual Safety And Well-Being

Look online and you find countless methods of self-care for the spiritually sensitive when you search for special terms like and .

Search online for books on and you will find many sources of information for those who wish to protect or defend themselves against subtle energy related causes of unhappiness.

Search online for spiritual healing practitioners, and you will call up a host of mediums, shamans and Reiki transmitters and others [of differing ability and even of differing honesty (- beware of dishonest people seeking to effectively rob you whilst smiling! May God bless them and be closely with them.) Still, it seems you can do very much yourself, on your own, with a program of daily spiritual self-care].

Recent books, fervent posts on spiritual well-being, ages-old traditions of healing spiritual relations. These are organised systems of belief... and although part of an 'alternative' culture, they will 'by and large' be put forth by people who can be certified sane.

  1. There is a Deity, that is loving to all
  2. There are guardians who can be called on to help bring spiritual well-being - celestial people, angels, departed loved ones, and even animals

Those who can heal us help us with any energies that affect us that are not moving very quickly, by nudging them into a lighter state, usually by working with a higher power, a stronger power of love and light. You or I can help ourselves through prayer and faith in those Higher Powers, we can even seek to commune with them, drawing them closely to us, until our vibration is faster and we are naturally free from spiritual causes of unhappiness.

Good luck is strong connection with those Higher Powers, and good luck is a habit of spiritual self-care; this is true for all people, but especially those who are sensitive to the subtle reality of Spirit. The rest of health is in being natural - in us being a friend and blessing, in us being happy, in maintaining good relations and in common sense.

So much for my ideas about spiritual health-and-happiness, gained from research and reflections on eleven and a half years of psychic disturbance. For real.

Night is setting in as I write this, and I can see half of the moon, bright in the clear sky.

Supplication says "I pray for you who read this; I wish all of you you all good".
Faith says "God is working miracles with us; even now we are knowing health-and-happiness."
Amen.
