Low Level Spirits

Excuse me, I'm in a writing mood. I saw in my blog stats that someone had come to the blog wishing to know more about low level spirits, so I thought I'd sum up my experience of them.

Some of them are as nasty as can be. Maximally violent, and serious in their desire to cause harm. Again there may be those who are as hostile as can be who are acting to gratify themselves, taking pleasure in harm. Others act out of a strange and unfeeling sense of humorous mischief - they make fun from causing irritation and injury, not feeling how harmful they are being. Others still may act as if through a sense of grudge or prejudice.

My opinion is that, once we die there is only one way for us to go, and that is into a sense of unity with all of Life, with God. The opposite of that awareness is egotism, with all that means, all its self-serving desire and intent.  These spirits are like outlaws, and I know well how strange their thinking can be and how cruel they can be, all the way to being 'evil'.

They avoid unity consciousness, and so act to please themselves. They are low in empathy, or have no empathy, and no remorse. They are hard to understand.

But the fact is, there are people like this on Earth, too. They are the vandals and thugs, the people that society and civilisation are most afraid of and lock up in prisons. Maybe the ones I encounter, and that you, reader may be encountering, are such ones who pass through life being unkind and unloved and die unhappy, hating (avoiding) God through a sense of discontent, and inflicting injuries on those apparently not like them (the loving people on Earth).

Although they seem hard to understand, still I believe that there has to be a reason for the way they behave. It must be that they can be healed, though perhaps healed only by God, some of them. Perhaps we can help them evolve by giving them healing love at the 'weak' point in their psychology, their sense of discontent or feeling that life is unfair. Sometimes we feel that life is unfair and close out hearts to love - perhaps that is why they turn their back on God and Heaven.

I believe that God loves all souls (just as we are all Divinely related to God), so I wish to bless all souls as well. There are no monsters to God. Maybe the will to bless and love - our kindness - is the biggest difference between us and the so-called low level spirits. Here's the hope, though: that Life is change, everything is in a state of flux, and that all beings are continually evolving - must evolve, and consequently are finding their way back to the Light.

PS How do I know about low level spirits? Through them focusing on me. Through eleven years of frequent and daily interaction with them. I feel their power of will influencing my thoughts to force them into painful or malicious channels, and I hear their abusive or rude language.
This all began following a complex situation of cannabis use, psychic opening, depression - and a classic drug induced psychosis.
I also know friendly spirits who visit me daily to help me, and neutral / peaceful 'Earthbound' spirits (ghosts) who stay around me.
I have become strong and have educated myself in spirituality, but am still gaining the strength to re-establish the experience of harmony in my daily life.

Healing Review

I said that I would post a report of the healing session I last went for. Here it is.

The lady I saw was a psychic healer and medium. There was an introductory talk, and then I lay on a treatment bed. She put her hands on my shoulders, head and knees and stomach for about half an hour.

At the end she said that anything troubling me now would be 'residue' of former spirit presence. She said that three spirits had been 'escorted' away. One was stubborn, claiming to be the strong one, and she challenged him to go and he left. One was female, she said.

Here's what was happening for me: as she was talking afterwards, I sensed one of the two other spirits come and stand behind me, and he seemed to be a little afraid. I didn't want to say anything to the healer.

Walking back to get transport to go home, I felt stronger, but still not normal, mentally, not totally at peace or feeling secure.

Arriving home, one hour later, the third spirit, the female, came and said "Thank you."

What is the result of all this? The healer was experienced and I got on well with her, she had integrity and a kind nature. She cleared one soul who had been very hostile to me. The two others have come back and are with me again. This is still a good outcome, because the hostile one was really bothering me. He was seemingly hurting me for his own amusement, and very frequently. Still, I don't hold that against him, trusting that he has gone somewhere where he will be helped, and I leave it at that, no debts of karma for him to repay me.

So why did the other two come back? As I understand it, we always have free will, and that of course includes those who have died and are in spirit. Simply, these two spirits are happier with me and are not yet ready to ascend and go to God and Heaven. They must have broken away from their escorts before fully 'crossing over'.

Other spirits whose voices are familiar to me from before are around me - homeless souls who drift around, and some of them are filling the role of the persecutor, acting like "outlaws", ignoring all emotional responsibility, causing trouble and hurting me.

The lady also said that she spoke to my dad and told him not to feel guilty but to go on and get on with his evolution up in Heaven. This hasn't helped him interfering with my will to be creative: he disapproves of me playing the keyboard, which REALLY upsets me; he obstructed me again some days after seeing the healer - I asked him why and he said he didn't want me to waste my time.
The healer had said that he was still acting in the role of a father, protecting and helping, when he ought to be moving on from that behaviour to evolve. Wish he would! He's obviously still happy with that role. I'm mostly okay with it too, - he's my dad, but sometimes he's a clumsy guide and hurts me.

So would I recommend that anyone see an experienced psychic healer and medium? Absolutely. I am very glad that she successfully moved on one spirit. That's great, a real miracle, which has lifted my faith in healing. The spirit who left was a young man who was expressing unhappiness by causing unhappiness.
But I am also disapppointed that two spirits have come back, - although it would be worse if they were badly behaved, which they tend not to be. One (an elderly lady) is very moral; the other, who I am guessing is from the Punjab in Pakistan, since he can understand the language from that region that I have being sung on a CD (I did some detective work), is less moral but largely well behaved, and calls me his best friend. Obviously that's where the attachment comes from, he prefers my company to God's, seeing me as his closest friend. I respond to that call for closeness with benign reasoning, always encouraging them to move on. Let's not forget what was written in a previous post, that these people can evolve at any time, - they can go on to Heaven independently, if they choose - healers only provide encouragement and help.

Well, that's all folks. I would still like help from a psychic healer, but some good work has been done. I hope reading this helped you.

Insight Into Psychic Well-Being vs Psychic Protection

The Creator within creation, that is who you are. The Divine Light and awareness within a human experience, that is who you are. Humanity and the material experience is awakening its awareness within your life, your body, your experience, and it is in a sense lifting up all those things that have been imbedded or bound. Then your being, the great light, the love that you work with and call forth in healing is perhaps chasing them away. Perhaps it is to dissolve, perhaps it is to leave. Do you understand? There is not a separation. Perhaps the place to look is that place that says ‘I have to control’.

[Additional reflection from Spirit: To us it is a place of where a person is sitting when they ask the question. If they are sitting in a place of saying these negative energies are coming into me, what can I do to protect myself, to transform them, what can I do…….that is a place that they are then sitting. And it is a place where there is still limitation, because they are not allowing their greater divinity to be present within that experience. They are containing their divinity within their identity. The containment again, the security. You can say I am Divine, it lives within me. I AM…….all these things you can say, but unless there is a surrender to the fullness of experiencing, of feeling of that experience, then there is a limit, a containment around it, a control of sorts. Anytime you are challenged and there is something that is not in your control, it is an opportunity to expand and surrender to the greater being that you are. At that time it is ‘go bigger’, expand, not control and protect more.]

This Just In! I've Found The Answer... Again...

I had another "aha" moment while on the net today. I had opened a book up recently and found reference to the aura (the bubble that keeps our subtle energy machinery intact), and how its outer surface is slightly tougher. The aura has a skin, a 'membrane'. So I searched "auric membrane", and one search item caught my attention, because it mentioned psychic attack. This website, http://www.lightsmith.com/ turns out to be an excellent site, to my tastes, for 'channeled information' - a New Age term for information that is received by psychically sensitive individuals from spirits. In effect, the spirits speak through people who are on Earth in dense material form.

Anyway, here's the latest information I've found, courtesy of the aformentioned website, and here is the link to the page for you to look for yourself:

Psychic attack is only possible when the auric membrane has trauma or damage.

Two things: it's like there's no mental barrier, so it's easy for spirits to know what goes through my mind. They can just come in and manipulate my thoughts, being stronger. Secondly, as I have written before, cannabis use weakens natural auric defenses: when I got ill, I remember having the sensation that others knew my thoughts, as I walked by them on the street. Could it be that I have experienced the sensation of the schizophrenic symptom of 'thought broadcasting' ever since my cannabis use, because my auric membrane was damaged? Another website says that the auric membrane can become fragmented. Certainly there is [the appearance of] psychic vulnerability and psychic nudity in my position. (Psychic nudity by the way, for me at least, feels uncomfortable).

In another page of this website, found here, the Spirit group channelled offer information on possession. Briefly, possession occurs when a soul is weakened, probably due to trauma, and a stronger soul imposes itself upon the weaker soul, not for real love, but for lower ego ends. Again, damage to the auric membrane is cited as a contributing factor. In other words, your energy becomes permeable, open to outside influences. With me there are two problems: spirit attachment, and psychic attack by spirits. The second problem, spirit attack, is mainly described as manipulation of my mental activity to painful ends. But it does not stop at domination, as stated elsewhere on this blog, disturbance also extends to temporary possession of my telepathic faculties, so that I might be a transmitter - a medium or channel - of unhealthy energies to injure others; I feel them projecting from my third eye, and I'm aware of their force or words. (A force will call attention to an uncomfortable idea, and a voice will communicate the idea in words). Obviously there are karmic issues here, but should I come to be free from this negative telepathic influence on me, then I should quickly 'burn off' this karmic debt.

Interestingly, the website also says that any kind of victim consciousness, or "I don't want to be here" consciousness, or "I'm not strong enough for this" thinking will work against a person who is already in the flow of being possessed or dominated in mind - it will draw them further into 'manifesting' this reality, and it will put them further into the invading soul's power. Makes sense, as all those sad thoughts are essentially affirmations of weakness. This is important for me, because I can think like this sometimes.

A solution the spirit speakers suggest is to claim personal responsibility. It makes sense that we become stronger by rebuilding our personal power.

The first page linked to above lists various ways of helping with a damaged aura that is permitting psychic attack, and the information is definitely worth looking at. It recommends working with the Earth energy, the angelic realm and unconditional love, and finding a true healer who is in tune with unconditional love.

I've been ransacking that website for information for hours! Their Responses From Spirit pages are very interesting (and have relieved me of a number of spiritual worries).

Nice to be validated to the effect
  • mental domination by stronger spirits can happen
  • there is an explanation for this mental domination
  • there is a solution to this mental domination
  • psychic attack can happen
... and the people at http://www.lightsmith.com/ have authority I don't have, because they do not seem mentally ill. I however have had mental illness and these psychic problems with 'strong' souls from the lower astral realm, beings not yet ascended to Light and love.

On the plus side, I have realised that all this has made me into a parapsychologist!

So, please accept my (borrowed) sharings and detective work on the role of the auric membrane in mental suffering that is conditional to spiritual interactions.

Feelings

Today I woke up late, which made me angry. How late? 1730. After about 16 hours of sleep.  (Why?)

I then proceeded to try and work on my writing, but my father seemed frustrated with this, and God-knows-how, interfered with and partially obstructed my mind to the effect that I could not think creatively about what I was doing. This made me angrier. Why does he obstruct me when I am already feeling low? Why don't my spirit helpers stop him influencing me like that?

So I called him 'every name under the sun', and am now "the son of an idiot"; there it is. Better to be angry than despair in ultimate ways.

I am not responding to this very constructively right now, but at least am not following a darker route, which has been flitting across my mind this evening.

Let's take a roll call of conditions:
  • schizophrenic-type illness
  • depression
  • exhaustion/fatigue
That's a lot of stress.
But I have much to be thankful for - externally, things are as good as they could be!

I'm sorry to complain. I guess I'd rather be working happily on my writing. I'll let you into a secret: I am hoping to build a career in creative writing. I have a talent for writing.

Some months after he died (nearly 5 years ago), I was thinking about what to do with my life career-wise, and I heard my father's voice joyfully say that I am a born writer. So why does he obstruct me today (and on other days)?

Mysteries, mysteries.

I become very angry, hateful even (hence "son of an idiot"). Don't like.

Maybe this post is useful. A window into the world I live in.

Psychic Attack

I have had a new idea about psychic attack, of how to describe it.

To reiterate, I claim that I experience psychic attack by spirits, and this earns me a diagnosis of psychosis by those experts in psychology unbelieving in such things. [I'm sorry, I wrote 'experts' in psychology, in a bitter way.]

I mentioned in my last post that there are varying recognised positive/active symptoms of schizophrenia, including hearing voices, feeling malignly influenced, and thinking one's thoughts are being controlled or negatively affected.

In trying to describe this to my mother the other day, I used the analogy of a bully. She couldn't understand how it is I was being 'hurt'. "Is it the voices?" she said.

To sidetrack, the type of spirits causing an apparent focused psychic attack on me do not just use their voices, but use mental force; I feel forces on my thoughts, 'pushing' them into painful avenues, (so I think about things that make me painfully uncomfortable). The voices I hear come from celestial and earthbound spirits, (and the mental traffic caused by close proximity with the earthbound spirits can be a major cause of stress).

So, really, the hurting can either be from psychic attack, or from being spiritually overwhelmed. To use the bully analogy, the attack is like a bully hurting me not just by "calling me names", but by physically hurting me. Except it's all at the mental level. This is the symptom of thoughts being interfered with in ways that have a negative impact.

But psychic attack can come in the form of feeling malignly influenced, as well, of feeling as if a dark cloud has been put over you, that brings sadness and bad luck. And I have that too.

So there is a division of belief in the world about psychic influence.
  • One side is based on experience and is well-described in traditional belief
  • The other side is based on science - on scientific method and proof, and is a newly emerging but highly authoritative school of thought.
If that unsettles you, then good, it should. I hope you think twice about applying materialistic logic to claimed spiritual experience. And maybe the rest of us could do to be less 'superstitious', in general, too.

Life With Schizophrenia: Everyday Stress

I just completed a questionnaire at http://www.about.com/ on how well I am coping with schizophrenia.

It made me realise how badly I cope sometimes. And I also now have an understanding of the medical terminology of the schizophrenia diagnosis, because of the questionnaire.

Here's my evaluation:

My active symptoms - eg voices etc, feeling negatively overpowered, thought disturbance - these are unchanged by medication, and intrude into my everyday life most of the time.

The passive symptoms, including my ability to look after myself and eat well and look after my dwelling/ clear up after myself - these are all impacted by the active symptoms. Periodically I go into depressions because of the painfulness of the condition, and at those times, I have trouble looking after myself in an ideal way.

In terms of cognitive symptoms, I am pretty normal, I think. Although my spoken language can often be awkward.

I was surprised to see that obsessive remorsefulness about the past is a symptom of the illness. I certainly have that, often feeling uncomfortable about past misdeeds.

Here is the link to the test:  Schizophrenia assessment

I admit, I was also surprised to see that my chief active symptoms were summed up in these words, when I was asked if I:

  • Feel that you have some "special" ability that others don't have
  • Fear that others are working/using their powers to hurt or harm you
  • Hear sounds or voices when there is nobody around
  • Think that others can read your mind or control your thoughts

So there's a consensus where we can meet, in those words. That's a pretty accurate diagnosis, above, of what the bad side of the condition is like - in theory. And I, who have the condition, will advocate for the opinion that the cause of this pain-causing condition is spiritual; the medics will argue that I am insane, although they have no spiritual perspective on Life in their system.

All this is interesting. I was in a good mood before I did this questionnaire, then I realised how much stress I am under! I have no job, but I still have stress. I have no dependents, but I still have stress. I do have lots of free time, but my quality of life means that the value of all the free time is sadly somewhat diminished.

I can describe the passive symptoms of trouble with routine and self-care by saying that every little thing seems a challenge to be avoided. But I have exhaustion too, (I really do), which adds to the difficulty and stress. But on the depressed days, I can be living in a real mess. I said today, things would be a lot easier if I had people to help me as a cook and a housekeeper!

So we can learn that stress is something to notice, because it causes breakdowns. And worse. I know how I feel sometimes. It's ultimately painful. I wish there was some medicine that would work for me, either for pain or for the strange inner drama I have! Let's wait and see...

Aspects of Thought Disturbance

The understanding of what it is to be troubled by hostile spirits is fairly common - there is a certain awareness about what that means. If you say "possessed by a devil", people will understand that someone is being severely troubled by a devil, a hostile spirit. I'd like to write more about what this means here, and notably to write about how the disturbance crosses over from the personal to affect others directly too.

For me spiritual disturbance is a force on my mind that calls attention to ideas that I may be strongly averse to, thus causing me pain; it depends on mental surveillance, on a loss of my mental privacy. Loss of mental privacy is a constant while I have ghosts around me and while I am receiving the attentions of spirits further away in the lower astral.
Secondly it is a force on my mind that corrupts and pollutes by temporarily 'possessing' my thoughts, effectively speaking through my thought-voice in ways that are unwholesome and that happen to be contrary to my natural tendencies (thus causing me pain).
Thirdly, it is a force that works with my mediumistic, psychic awareness, momentarily taking control of it and forcefully directing thoughts not of my choosing out from me towards another. So this condition seems to affect others as well. Typically the projected energies may be designed to make another think badly of me, to cause me shame and social rejection, or they can be attacks on others, on their self-esteem, or, I find, something much more unfortunate. The projections are not bound by time or space, and can occur when I am exposed to 'media' (films, radio, music), to the effect that a kind of fore-telling may be forced out of me, for example if I know that someone involved in the media recording will come to die. How? If a recording is made in 1975, and the person dies in 1983, and I know this, I will be extremely uncomfortable listening to the 1975 recording, struggling to suppress the force that seeks to take control of my psychic faculties to project out heinous revelations. This I would call strong evil. As you can imagine, this third aspect of mental intrusion leaves its mark on my conscience and reputation. I hesitated to write of this third aspect, because of the way it reflects on me, but I write about it in the hopes that it may help someone.

Perhaps, for the skeptics (!), you had been reading about the first two aspects of spirit attack with some tolerance, but then could not at all consider the third aspect of attack to be true. Well, of course, I am deadly serious in claiming the truth of this. This is why this blog is a blog about the paranormal; it deals with a reality that is unusual and far away from the everyday experience of most people. And that's good for them - they are spared the suffering and the struggles with beings of strong hostile intent. But what I'm talking about in this third aspect of disturbance is telepathic transmission of mental energies - is that really so unreasonable? Do you really think that is impossible? All of the interchanges within this syndrome take place within the psychic realm. I'm not physically sharing space with people who can be deemed pychopathically hostile.

So, now I've come clean.

Predominantly the disturbances I experience are of the first two kinds, which are very frequent, and together with the frequent mental traffic I get from hearing voices that are unwelcome, these account for the majority of discomfort I feel. Just hearing voices of a neutral kind, at the wrong time, can be extremely wearing, like "the straw that broke the camel's back", and cause feelings of total despair, exceeding personal will power to the point of leading to suicidal feelings. This is where meditation comes in, to actively seek during easier times a 'window' in the mental intrusion, and taste peace. Otherwise the troubling can seem relentless, and we despair.

Do some research, and you find that drug-taking is a cause of people needing to take steps to spiritually defend and protect themselves. I'm still trying to put a stop to this trouble for myself, to change things back to normal. I hope that for some, reading this blog will certainly be an advert for avoiding drugs and being safe during spiritual practices.

Thoughts About Thoughts: Self-generated Suffering and Liberating Thinking

I thought about suffering over Christmas, about how our response to pain can make us suffer or not. I mean if we respond well to stress, we know it is there, but do not allow it to make us sad.

"Nothing is good or bad except thinking makes it so", said William Shakespeare in one of his plays.

What is an in-born trait and what is human conditioning? For example religion and royalty are two things that a person can be born into, but, if we look closely, we find are cultural, not biological!

It was my idea that suffering can be like that. You can get 'attached' to pain. You can despair. All of this is in your thinking, in the thoughts you have in response to pain. For example, the thought "This is not fair!" when things 'go wrong' will cause you to carry around anger and may lead you into a depression.

This is like cognitive behavioural therapy, I think. Being watchful of how we react to things. If I am always angered and frustrated when I hear an intrusive voice, I lose will power and feel sad; if I can be conscious of my response and stay relaxed, I will be flexible and will be able to cope better.

I'm merely commenting from my own situation and from what I have read; I don't wish to speak lightly of your own pain, if you have any. And I hope that this helps you.

Spiritual Safety And Well-Being

Look online and you find countless methods of self-care for the spiritually sensitive when you search for special terms like and .

Search online for books on and you will find many sources of information for those who wish to protect or defend themselves against subtle energy related causes of unhappiness.

Search online for spiritual healing practitioners, and you will call up a host of mediums, shamans and Reiki transmitters and others [of differing ability and even of differing honesty (- beware of dishonest people seeking to effectively rob you whilst smiling! May God bless them and be closely with them.) Still, it seems you can do very much yourself, on your own, with a program of daily spiritual self-care].

Recent books, fervent posts on spiritual well-being, ages-old traditions of healing spiritual relations. These are organised systems of belief... and although part of an 'alternative' culture, they will 'by and large' be put forth by people who can be certified sane.

  1. There is a Deity, that is loving to all
  2. There are guardians who can be called on to help bring spiritual well-being - celestial people, angels, departed loved ones, and even animals

Those who can heal us help us with any energies that affect us that are not moving very quickly, by nudging them into a lighter state, usually by working with a higher power, a stronger power of love and light. You or I can help ourselves through prayer and faith in those Higher Powers, we can even seek to commune with them, drawing them closely to us, until our vibration is faster and we are naturally free from spiritual causes of unhappiness.

Good luck is strong connection with those Higher Powers, and good luck is a habit of spiritual self-care; this is true for all people, but especially those who are sensitive to the subtle reality of Spirit. The rest of health is in being natural - in us being a friend and blessing, in us being happy, in maintaining good relations and in common sense.

So much for my ideas about spiritual health-and-happiness, gained from research and reflections on eleven and a half years of psychic disturbance. For real.

Night is setting in as I write this, and I can see half of the moon, bright in the clear sky.

Supplication says "I pray for you who read this; I wish all of you you all good".
Faith says "God is working miracles with us; even now we are knowing health-and-happiness."
Amen.

Spiritual Self-Care: An Excellent Link

I have just come across an excellent document online about spiritual self-care; it seems to offer the basics of self-care that I am advocating on this blog for anyone with extra-sensory awareness and an experience of psychic attack.

Do you believe you are psychic?
Do you believe there is someone in your spiritual 'space' who is unwelcome?
Then read this document on spiritual self-care.

The document is really clear and easy to read and it helps explain what is good to know, for those in the situation described above.

Visualisation For Spiritual Health

Visualisation for me is a bit of an uphill struggle.

The first time I got into visualising, I felt someone jump into my awareness blocking it, someone who I knew when I first got ill. The sense at the time was that they were preventing themselves from being injured in some way.

Three days ago I was attempting to 'put on  my astral clothes'- I was shielding myself - and one of  the Earthbound discarnate people around me [i.e., one of the "ghosts" around me] forcefully obstructed the visualisation.

So I can feel blocked in my visualising. - It may be to do with being bonded or attached to others energetically, so that to serve myself in this way starves another. Or as, I sensed the other day, it could be from fear of being cut off and starving for vitality. Obviously if you have attracted Earthbound spirit people, who I'm told are very light in their energy, then they, being at present attached to you, will oppose you making your own energy grounded and healthy (that is, denser or stronger).

It may be then, that if you are just starting to redefine and reclaim your energetic territory, you will come across attachments from others who are effectively using some of your vitality that you have been ignoring.

Esoteric spiritual teachings on subtle energy inform us that it is possible to be bonded to others energetically; these bonds, or 'cords' come through fear and can be conduits of energy. Perhaps the first person I noticed blocking my attempts to work on my aura, written about at the beginning of this post, had previously noticed that I had been drawing on his energy, and attempted to stop what he saw as one act of 'vampirisim' too many. It sounds far-fetched that I would have a waking interaction with the distant mind of someone else living, but there it is.
Also, it is well known that spirit presence can cause fatigue, from earthbound spirits actively taking away a person's own allotted subtle energy that they gain from the Earth. Some people use terms to describe the situation such as saying that the person around whom the spirits are gathered is a 'host', a word borrowed from the terminology of parasitism, as if the ghosts are etheric parasites.
Earthbound spirits are likely very fearful, being held in place by fear, by attachment to the things of Earth when they should or could transcend everything and reunite with Divine Light; when they loosen attachment to everything of Earth,. in order to become closer to the Light, they necessarily must let go of the energy of whoever they are around. So, if you can encourage a spirit to let go of your energy, you are also encouraging them to be closer to God and their rightful place in the universe. David Furlong, an experienced spirit worker, attests that wherever there are Earthbound spirits, they are causing an energetic imbalance. That is, they are upsetting the natural order of the flow of Earth energies for people, places or animals. They are causing the energy for the people or places where they are to be unhealthy, - some say risking illness or fatal illness for the people they are attached to.

Perhaps we must fight to be fed, like the smallest animal in a litter. We are alive and we have the right to vitality. We equally have the right to our own 'space'. We have the right to privacy and not to share company with others unwillingly. If you are trying to strengthen your aura, and someone else has their foot in your door, a foot in your space, then get them out. This is an exploration of power, an exploration of personal power. Allow yourself to expand into your space and use the amount of space you are naturally heir to.

I have been successfully imagining a large amount of fire burning in front of me, which I hold in my hands (in my mind's eye). I have been successfully imagining standing as if in half a sphere of clear crystal permeated with bright red glowing light, and having another corresponding more oval shape of clear crystal above me filled with bright fiery golden light. This has helped me feel strong. The red light connects to the Earth (grounding), the golden light connects to the Sun (vitalising).
I have felt strongly opposed in my shielding: I have felt a LOT of resistance in attempting to imagine myself surrounded by shielding light. But with practise, something has to give way - and anyway the light will accumulate around me (it is supposed to accumulate with repeated visualisation).
Obviously the resistance raises the point that my well-being and that of the Earthbound spirit people around me is in conflict; but I have been told recently (by the healer I saw) that I should be forceful and commanding, to own my space. From the encounters I have had with this opposing will, I feel that the ghosts' attempts to stop me are unnecessary.

I also feel it is possible that there is some blocking occurring from more distant spirits, the darkened souls with whom I am familiar, but out of malice not need.

Just as there is an opposing force to my general well-being and auric health, so I also feel that there is a "foot in the door" keeping my psychic senses open, effectively keeping my mental awareness 'public'. I have just been reading about the 'Gatekeeper' spirit guide who is endowed with the task of monitoring and restricting our psychic awareness; unfortunately, according to the author whose book I have been reading, we can lose our Gatekeeper sometimes through profound stress and sudden psychic opening -that definitely seems like the truth to me. I have been recently praying to come back into contact with a Gatekeeper guide. [Perhaps they need me to continue with my aura work and assertiveness before they can come back into power in my life.]
I just put the words and into the Google search engine, and there seems to be a good amount of information on this.
I guess, from a cursory glance, that any meditation work that helps you connect with your spirit guides in Heaven will bring you closer to your Gatekeeper, because they are the same. A professional medium, for example has a strong connection with their guides; I don't, I have had one totally clear vision of one of my guides, probably my chief celestial human helper, - but that's all, we could be a lot closer. Guess closeness with guides is something I can explore and is a possibility open to me further along my path.

But, until I come into formal contact with my Gatekeeper, I can pray, be assertive/forceful and persevere in maintaining my auric health.
So if you have similar problems of enforced openness and an imbalance of giving energy to others,
  1. Pray for your Gatekeeper to act on your behalf - it's their job to monitor your psychicness
  2. Be assertive
  3. Persevere with beneficial visualisations.

PS Just spent some time reading about "the gatekeeper". Some people say your guide and your gatekeeper are the same person; - however opinion seems to differ on this.

Again, I have been reading that guides can't always magically sort out every single issue of spiritual safety; there is an element of luck, I suppose and, as I have just read, an element of self-responsibility: as you grow in awareness, it's time to start looking after your subtle energy body with auric hygiene (washing through the aura with Light), grounding (e.g. imagining being deeply rooted into the Earth), and shielding (putting yourself in a large oval bubble of light). Perhaps problems with our relations with members of the World of Spirit indicate that there is a profound shortfall in self-care at our end of the equation on Earth, indicate that we should learn to look after our subtle energy bodies.

PPS Some sources indicate that our guides benefit from encouragement, if they are helping us through spiritual power struggles. So send out supportive thoughts if you could have been more appreciative, if you think that your spiritual guides may have been working to serve your well-being in conflict with darkened souls. An anecdote: once I felt overwhelmed by a group of hostile spirits, and I actually heard one call out the name of an "ascended master", as if to warn the others that he was approaching and they should leave. The name, that I recognised, was "Ranbir", the first name of the soul also called El Morya.

My main point in writing this PPS, which is a point related to appreciation, is to take stock of what good health I do have. From a metaphysical point of view, this is recommended, - such calmness prevents misfortune from running wild and out of control. It's good to be grateful, good in a number of ways - it's respectful and metaphysically, (in terms of thought creativity) it brings good luck. I do well to remember that there are "seven shades" of ... trouble, and I'm only deeply into a few of those shades. It could be a lot worse in terms of exposure to the attentions of darkened souls; I get serious ill will directed at me, and mental harassment/essential irritation, but the quality of it could be more sinister, and such misfortune only extends to my experience of the mental plane, not my physical outer experience at all. The misfortune is limited and could be worse.

So: consider the good of appreciating and being grateful. Guess at the help you are receiving from the Light in being peaceful and happy (a condition of living that you have no doubt been wishing for), and acknowledge it.

Report On Trip To See A Shamanic Healing Practitioner

On Wednesday 01 December I made my way across many a snowy mile of British landscape, boarding three trains and a bus, and finally, after some delays, found the home of the healer who was to help me.

A lot of time was spent talking and identifying causes of stress and obstructing beliefs, which she helped me with using various psychological techniques. This revealed a boundary problem with someone I knew, who I sometimes meet in dreams, who I have to tell to respect my space, and this relationship still causes me discomfort at the thought of it, though it ended more than a decade ago; - she later checked for etheric attachments with this person.

As I tried to explain the 'symptoms' of my condition, I could feel that she was skeptical of my account, at first not understanding what I meant by "a force coming from above and compelling my thoughts into painful avenues"! I could feel that she was incredulous of it, but as time went on, she seemed to give credence to the situation.  She said I had a nice energy, and that I was oviously being helped by some good spirits (from what I told her).

Passing her hand over my aura to look for problems, I felt her hand's energy interactting with mine in a 'tingling' way, and when I told her this, the healer said that I must be super-sensitive to energies.
She cleared a large blockage she sensed to be 'above' me (in my aura, I presume - I wondered if this was from being unhappy with my spiritual sensitivity). She used a special burning wood to clear the aura.

The lady works with old Incan spiritual medicine, and during the healing, I had visions of Incan-type people looking at me, who wore large vertical crowns, as if they were spiritual royalty coming to supervise the healing. I also saw the head of a piece of wheat very  clearly, which I hope was there as a sign of health. During a moment when I was told to project pain outisde of me onto a special stone that she would later 'clear' of pain, I saw two faces of suffering spirits, who were again Incan in genealogy - their energy was very 'heavy'.

I was still getting signs of  spirit presence whilst in her house, and still getting painful tuggings at my thoughts during the shamanic healing part of the session. I said to her at the end, "Is there an instant fix?" and she said, "This work I do is the best instant fix that I have found". My point was that she hadn't released the spirits around me or banished the negativity from my awareness where I have been interacting negatively with the World of Spirit.
However, she said that certain practices weaken the aura by thinning it out, such as drinking alcohol or taking drugs. She gave me four important pieces of advice:
  1. Take care of the aura by avoiding alcohol and drugs, which through making the aura thin and more ethereal, make a person more attractive to wandering spirits.
  2. Ground: connect to the Earth through imagination and visualisation every day. This helps the aura be strong.
  3. Keep a sense of humour and not feel drained immediately every time there is an unwelcome psychic interaction.
  4. Be commanding and assertive. We identified that the problems I was having (uninvited spirits in my living space and mental intrusions) were essentially boundary issues to do with personal power on an energetic level. I realised that I don't like being commanding. She recommended that I pray something like the following the prayer: "O God, it is commanded that I have personal space...", so that the command is in the "third person" and cannot be argued with by my mind.
I was saddened that there was no instant fix. That's an eye-opener, isn't it? It puts the emphasis on personal effort. But I still have faith that others specialising in spirit release and psychic attack may be able to help me (of which there are such people, I have found).

I know that the healing and conversation helped me. The talking therapy helped me be stronger, and the shamanic healing was comforting, as she sang songs to the spirits for help. Lying in bed today, I was happy when I sensed a strong and kind Incan spirit come near to pay attention to  me.

I am determined to ground regularly now. I can find visualising difficult, but I will do this. I have begun imagining standing on a large white flower (a chrysanthemum), with a red, grounding glow inside it. I have also imagined my feet wrapped in a red light, like the colour of the lava deep within the Earth. It may take me some time to build up to more advanced visualisations, but I feel like what I am doing now is useful.

Yesterday was a good experience. The person who looked after me was sharply clever, well-trained, funny and strong; I was impressed by her sensitivity and connection with Spirit.

So I must become stronger, more commanding, more self-disciplined, and make efforts to preserve my health. In a few days I will receive some new books on spiritual self-care that I ordered online. It's time to gain some expertise.

Shamanism: My Clarification

I wish to make the note that shamanism, where I mention it as being a source of help with spirit-originated mental disturbance, is a form of healing through mediation and interaction with the World of Spirit.

I'm not an expert on shamanism. I was spiritually told to seek shamanic help with my situation of painful thought disturbance. As I have encountered it in the UK, shamanism is about healing. However, I know in some parts of the world, shamanism extends into sorcery and psychic warfare between practitioners or individuals in the community.

I guess shamanism, for the spirits in Heaven, is supposed to be a benign thing that does not injure unnecessarily or override personal freedom on any level, a system of practice that heals and teaches and brings happiness, - a system of spiritual medicine of the Light and in service of the Light. That's the shamanism I'm referring to on this blog.

Uninitiated Use Of Entheogens and Hallucinogens And Mental Health

I just wrote in the previous post about being ignorant of the full effects of cannabis.

Cannabis does more than give you a pleasing mental sensation, it is a portal agent, it activates and opens the spiritual senses, it awakens soul awareness. Fine if you are a shaman; trouble if you are an unknowing teenager.

As the uninitiated user, you have no existing contact with guides and angels - those soul guardians who guide you through danger to well-being, - and also, not to mention the fact that your ego is unprepared for receiving numerous large spiritual gifts in the form of Divine communion, spiritual euphoria, infusion of understanding and other blessings. You know nothing of the quietness and peacefulness with which you must receive the new influx of energy coming to you, - you know nothing of the subsequent dangers of mental derangement that can follow.

I think the most important thing, in terms of a person's safety, drawing conclusions from my own experience is how spiritually orientated you are before you get into deep water (say, from using cannabis intensively)
An analogy: if someone leaves prison with no goals of how to rectify things and make a new life for themselves, they will likely quickly buckle to pressure and fall into criminality again. Similarly, if someone opens the doors of spiritual awareness, perhaps unaware of the fact, and without firm anchoring in contacts and connections in Heaven with the good spirits there, what will happen? - they will be subsumed and broken by the force of the energy that will come in first to them to fill any vacuums, they will walk straight into darkness and an overwhelming amount of psychic pollution.

The ongoing spiritual threats to one's personal health and safety come from not being securely anchored in contact with good spirits before taking in the shamanic 'entheogen' or hallucinogen in sufficient quantities to lead to a large change in awareness.

The threats to one's psychological health might come from being unprepared for spiritualisation and an upsurge of psychic energy when taking in the shamanic 'entheogne' or hallucinogen in sufficient quantities to lead to a large change in awareness.

Also these substances that transform awareness and spiritualise are likely solemnly venerated by those that use them ritually - it probably does not help matters that other cultures such as mine appropriate them and use them at will and without ceremony. This raises questions on the sacred and the profane, on defilement and violation.
I saw a shamanic healer who released a cannabis spirit entity from my aura, that I was holding captive - presumably a part of me formed during dependence on the plant's 'narcotic' effects. The healer told me the plant spirit was very angry with me, and that I was forbidden by it from taking in that narcotic substance ever again.
- We might not annoy spirits in Heaven by irreverent use of cannabis (but maybe we do), but it seems possible that we can annoy and injure the spirit of the plant itself. This serves to demonstrate that everything has consciousness at some level.
I wonder how much the cannabis plant is suffering in these times, due to dependence and use that in fact leads to a darkening of personal qualities through unconscious psychic opening and overshadowing.

As an example the Wikipedia page on Ayahuasca [Mighty Wikipedia! A frequent source of mine], found here, lists plants used in the Ayahuasca mixture, some of which are purposefully used for their protective qualities. For example:
  • Shiwawaku bark: Brings purple medicine to the ceremony. Provides healing and protection.
  • Camu camu Gigante: Head spirit comes in the form of a large dark skinned giant. He provides medicine and protection in the form of warding off dark and demonic spirits.
  • Tamamuri: Head spirit looks like an old Asian warrior with a long white wispy beard. He carries a staff and manages thousands of spirits to protect the ceremony and send away energies that are purged from the participants.
  • Uchu Sanango: Head of the sanango plants. Provides power, strength, and protection. Head doctor spirit is a grandfather with a long, gray-white beard.
  • Huacapurana: Giant tree of the amazon with very hard bark. Its head spirits come in the form of Amazonian giants and provide a strong grounding presence in the ceremony.
I have boldened and underlined some key phrases in this list of some plants used in the Ayahuasca ceremony, which I found on Wikipedia. Notice the presence of giants and thousands of good spirits! Obviously the shamans involved will work with the strong good spirits of the plants used, and through the age of the tradition, will have built up a relationship with them. They are like energy forms associated with the ceremony that they call on. I read about someone who used morning glory, outside of its native tradition, and came into contact with the spiritual persona of the plant, who welcomed and blessed and healed her (but said also that the way in which she approached the plant before use, which was with reverence, was good, but could have been better). You have to be on the energetic and shamanic end of belief to buy into this if it is not your first hand experience.
The point is that the medicine men who use entheogens and hallucinogens take their spiritual safety very seriously, and work with powerful good spirits to perpetuate their well-being; they also use the substances solemnly and with reverence.

The use of these drugs requires a certain amount of caution to be safe, such as active relationship with celestial guardians, and management of the aura (grounding, 'shielding', and closing down). However, this is not to say that there wil always be risks. The damage done to a person's aura may be cumulative, as it seemed to be with me - for some years I occasionally used cannabis to the point of strong intoxication without spiritualisation or mental disturbance. The dual reputation of cannabis as variously recreational or reverend in nature, depending on one's culture, also attests to the idea that in reality, the drug is not always damaging to the mind. Similarly, people still find reason to argue over whether cannabis use can cause psychosis (not that I have any reason to argue about that, my experience was obvious).

So, in conclusion, please leave this page with the belief that there is reason to at least be cautious with drug use, and that some degree of intiation into the potential effects of some drugs is very important for those who choose to involve themselves with them.

Near Death Experience Insights

There is a great website called www.Near-Death.com, where you can find compiled accounts of the afterlife experienced by certain people who have been clinically dead, left the body and gone to Heaven (or elsewhere) and then come back to their bodies and back to life on Earth, and told others about what they learned.

Reading this website I gained great comfort in my thinking about God and the afterlife and how God feels towards every one of us. People tend to come back with a message of comfort and love and joy.

PS Reading through the section "How To Escape From The Earthbound Realm", in the interest of helping earthbound spirits, on the webpage entitled "The NDE and Hell" (found here), I came across this statement by Near Death experiencer Dr George Ritchie:

"The living have auras of light surrounding their bodies. If the aura becomes distorted through alcohol or drugs, an earthbound soul can temporarily possess the body."

- This reminded me of my own situation, when my troubles began from using cannabis. As I have stated before, it hinders the aura, so that what is essentially an organ for downscaling the cosmic Light that allows the Light to bless and give to us, is disabled in its secondary function, its naturally ability to keep 'darkness' ('dark' intent, malice, ill will, psychic hostility)at bay. In my situation I was troubled by disturbance at the thought level by spirits of lower realms. [Take note of the page linked above, in the section "Negativity Must Be Removed To Enter Heaven", where Arthur Yensen writes, "After death, if a soul has been too bad, they go to a realm of lower vibrations where their kind of thoughts can live. If they entered heaven, they would be annihilated by the Master-Vibration of God."]

Also, I just read something on the same page (a page I have read and been back to a few times), that helps explain the psychology of the souls that do evil. Mellen-Thomas Benedict reports a revelation from God, that "What all people seek, what sustains them, is love...What distorts people is a lack of love." What distorts people is a lack of love. What takes a person directly to God after death is a strong awareness of love within them; what keeps them away from God after death is the antithesis of love, - whether fear and a weak awareness of love, or the fear and hostility that arise from having been distorted by a lack of love.
'Awareness of love' means how much you love and feel loved - many 'New Age' sources, as well as ND experiencers, say that love is actually the centre of Life, and the gains we make in Life are in the moments when we are loving. It figures that one's awareness of love is key for a successful transition after the moment of physical expiration.

So that's all, just wished to recommend a site, and make a note of the personal point about drugs affecting the aura and making me/anyone susceptible to telepathic disturbance by spirit-people who have a lesser awareness of love than those in Heaven; and the solution that the ND experiencers keep coming back to, is to hold an awareness of love to be safe from hostile spirit-people.

Terminology And Belief

Where do I begin? How do I describe things?
  • "Health issues", "mental health issues"
  • "A condition"
  • "Diagnosed with schizophrenia"
I don't like to say I'm schizophrenic, partly because of the general connotations of unpleasantness and fear that the label may inspire; partly because I now believe I had a fairly short-term dug-induced psychosis that responded well to appropriate medication, and that I am now left experiencing a condition that may look like a psychiatric illness, while actually being a paranormal problem (though nonetheless distressing).

But how do you go about describing that? Recently I found that there was nothing I could say, beyond the intimation that I had had "an illness". The moment I start trying to put it into words, when I choose to reveal the situation, I enter into into what is essentially an argument about the paranormal - in a world not ready to believe in it.

  • 'condition' not disorder
  • psychic attack, spirit attack
I can't really talk about my condition to friends or the uninitiated; even a little discussion "wraps them up in a spider's web", strange and frightening ideation hard to believe. I'm left feeling a bit strange and unvalidated, - and sad, alone.

Of people who are not specialists in spiritual healing, I know of only one person who is willing to give me some credence - one person in the world who 'buys' what I'm trying to 'sell'. "I'm not sure whether there really is something real happening to you," he says, my Community Psychiatric Nurse - how mind-blowing that it would be someone in his position who was willing to believe me. He understands that my sensitivity yields both supportive comforting input (from the celestials), and destructive harmful input (from spirits of lesser light and happiness), and I suppose the fact that it is not all flat-out negative input that helps him believe - he has a 'spiritualist' bone in his (agnostic) body); his sister is an awakened individual in touch with her guides.
Another individual who believes me is the shamanic healer I saw who helped me feel healthy once; he affirmed that I am strong enough to 'reclaim my energetic space', and he didn't really go into lots of discussion  about what I said was happening to me, he merely agreed with me.

There is such a weight of belief against credence in the spiritual in the world today, in my part of the world. We have edged it out, disbelieved it and called it 'paranormal' (that is "outside of normal"). Perhaps this state of belief leads to repressed psychicness (that we call 'weirdness', instead of respecting psychicness when it is pronounced in someone); perhaps it also leads to problems with spirits, through our own ignorance, lack of initiation and inability to relate to the spirit world. - Who knows?

Yes it's a problem to deny our psychicness. But we do at least benefit from a lack of superstition, fear of the malus oculus (Latin) fear of the ophthalmos baskanos (Greek) - the "evil eye" - and so on. And we don't walk around daily in fear of witches and their ill-will.

So, thank you for your wisdom on some things, thank you for the medicine, but my part of the human community has large bare patches that could be more fertile (just as other parts of the global culture have wild parts of superstition that could be tamed and cut back); the definition of my condition is made difficult by my particular home area of the world's cultural awareness. There is near-blanket disbelief in Western psychiatry about spirit influence upon the mind, and this must be adversely affecting a lot of people who could otherwise be helped, or helped sooner (sooner than it takes a person to figure out themselves what's happening to them and go and find help independently of the medical system). I guess the state of medicine here makes me angry. The science-related level of spiritual awareness and willingness to believe here makes me angry.I'm a little angry writing this. But things may change, with the science side of things, the psychiatric sensitivity may change. Things do change.

Thinking, Thinking

A common phenomenon for me is 'backtracking'. This word 'backtracking' refers to my reaction when my thoughts get overrided by spirits. It may be the spirits round me, or the ones further away. (The ones nearby are more tame, the ones further away are mroe savage and intent on causing injury).

Typically the interference, or disturbance, pointedly contravenes my personality type, so as to be rude. I will then respond in various ways, with patience or reproach, or focussing healing intent to repair any damage done. By rude, I mean profane humour, racist humour, sexist humour and such like. The worse the disturbance, the more serious it is, and the more injurious it is, for example cruel judegements and disrespectful observations of others.

I may be thinking, and my thoughts will literally rush into an uncharacteristic or unnatural channel, as they get railroaded by spirits. It's a kind of possession. I have only once been fully possessed, and that was just for a moment, but I very often get this irritating, upsetting or polluting version of thought possession.

This would be one way I know that I interact with spirits - the other is that I hear them. The more powerful and more distant-seeming spirits seem to KNOW what I'm thinking very often and use their forceful influence to change the course of my thoughts. Any negative avenue (eg base humour, or more severely, critical and judgemental views) is brought up, when I would not naturally have those thoughts. The result is a very draining effect - but secondarily, because of the back-tracking, because of my responses, I have become stronger and have marshalled a body of positive thinking and attitude. I suppose it has helped me identify myself and helped me refine my personlity to be a more positive and nicer person (when I'm not under the terribly gloomy influence of these unhappy and disgruntled and malevolent spirits).

I hope this isn't too boring. I think it's interesting!

I'd love to know how they do it. I guess that is not likely, unless a celestial spirit informs me... I'd love to know how they observe and infuence my thoughts - oh, and I'd love them to stop too...

Introducing...

Diagnosis: Schizophrenia!

A blog for scientists, parapsychologists, and people diagnosed with schizophrenia who believe in the paranormal

This blog will feature the discussion of various perspectives of schizophrenia, as well as snaphsots from the Life of its writer.

As someone who has spent 10 years down the Schizophrenia Mines, and who begins more and more to emerge from those burdensome confines, the writer hopes that the blog-entries here will prove of value to the world-wide community. Welcome.

________

[If you have come to this blog looking for help with difficult parapsychic phenomena (trouble with spirits, painfully open awareness, and so on), you may wish to go directly to the post Solutions To Spiritual Attack: A Summary from 23 November 2010. This post represents my best efforts at present to put forward solutions to spiritual attack.]
                                                                         ________

I am interested in the science of my condition; I like to read online scientific articles about schizophrenia. However, I am also a reader of parapsychological literature. You will find that my world-view is validated more by 'parapsychology' than 'science'. See what you make of it. I wish this blog to help people - those in a position like mine, and those who study the science of schizophrenia.

In 2001 I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. I don't deny that I have experienced psychosis, but on the other hand, I will argue that I also experience spiritual phenomena. I am very aware that mainstream western psychology can only count five senses, and is without a soul (without a soul that sees, hears or speaks).
This blog tells a true story: the posts you will find here give an honest account of my condition and express my real opinions. It as an anonymous blog, because of the way I imagine my beliefs would be received; however, in the everyday world, I am becoming more open to telling people about my diagnosis and history. - That's a good thing. On this blog I can sound as crazy as I like: I don't have to worry about the face you'll pull when I'm writing about my beliefs on 'evil' spirits and telepathy!
You are the privileged reader of what a person diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia really thinks. And as an educated, articulate writer, and a person with schizophrenia becoming quite lucid in their thinking as they recover, I hope you will take value from this blog of autobiography and opinions on a major mental illness.
The blog is quite serious in tone - and intention. It can be 'wordy' (I try not to be!) (It can also be less than lucid, as I try to pin down the vagaries of my opinions when it comes to some aspects of my inner goings-on.) It can be cyclical, repetitive, as I work through my preferred themes and become clearer on what I write - because this practise of blogging does bring me clarity. I might change my mind about what's real, right before your eyes! But, generally this blog has an intellectual approach to my "paranormal schizophrenia", examining information and arguing points with clarity.

I am writing now to fill out this introduction, and I would also say that after a year of blogging, I feel one of its purposes is nearly filled - to help people in my position. In this way, it reads like parapsychological literature. What do I hold is my position? Call it demonic oppression; call it psychic attack. I call it profound 'psychic' vulnerability, spirit attack. I call it having a mind too open to the world of spirit and suffering from the frequent harmful attentions of hostile spirit-people. But this condition is not without solutions, and I write about these, whether they be 'self-help' or the help of those whose full-time occupations it is to work as a medium between spirits and people.
And what about those whose full-time occupation it is to work with psyches? I am not ungrateful to them! Medication has seemingly removed my irrational thinking (such as delusions of grandeur, - thinking myself to be a demi-god, etc); the medication has stabilised me and pacified me, although it has never managed to shut down the inner 'hearing' I have.
I think I am now ready to stop taking the medicine. I would still like to write about this process of coming off medication (anti-psychotic medicine), as I am planning to live drug-free and would like to document that. I am beginning to scale down my dosage of medication, with the consent of my consultant psychiatrist.

I am aware that I sound insane in my beliefs on paranormal spirituality! But that is not far away from what some people think of all spirituality! Secondly, I realise that I may be off to a losing streak arguing for spiritual reality under a banner of a diagnosis of schizophrenia!! Really though, please keep an open mind about whether people can be mentally ill and simultaneously be psychic, with all that entails.

Thank you.

Mr. S.
