Ways Out Of Psychic Disturbance

Way One: Not doing anything.
Way Two: Try to fight off those causing the disturbance and reclaim personal space.
Way Three: Find a way out of the situation apart from conflict.

This is a RARE condition, and those who experience it wander around the world as if they had a mortal wound through which their 'insides' are always visible. They are always in touch with the spirit world, and in the most difficult way. Their condition goes unrecognised and misunderstood. Yes, it's paranormal schizophrenia.

You may not know what to do about it. You were probably never initiated into these realms of spirituality, so you have to find out everything for yourself. More or less you are following Way One, because you don't know what to do.

Way Two: perhaps you resort to spiritual means to solve this problem, such as spiritual self-defense, prayer, meditation, or spiritual healing. You are conscious of intrusion into your mental space, you are conscious of an influence within your personal mental space that you do not like, and you seek to fight off the intruders some how.

My history of Way Two: I don't like going to church, because the vibrations that result around me when I go there are more uncomfortable than usual, but I admit that going to church and receiving the Eucharist or being blessed on a Sunday could help greatly. This may be something I do in the future; this is also dependent for me on having a full understanding of what I am doing in going to God in that way, which I don't yet have. Secondly, I don't like meditating, because it seems to require more effort than usual in 'fighting off' negativity, but again, this may be something I come to do, because it is so helpful, and I may improve at it. Regarding prayer, I know, I probably don't listen enough to be satisfied with it, but it brings hope, properly understood. And spiritual healing requires you find someone capable, which for me is an ongoing hunt.

So Way Three?
Way Three is any way that is non-violent and allows us to slip the yoke of external dominance and intrusion. It may include meditation, or visualisations from a positive mindset; it may mean not spending time perpetuating trouble by brooding on trouble discontentedly, or it may mean thinking differently.
Back to metaphysics. I read that the goal of the soul is to walk every path - of the victim and the villain, of the sinner and the saint, to walk all paths. But who wants to walk the path of the victim (or the villain?) Concerning the victim path, which may be troubling anyone experiencing incoming psychic disturbance, I read that the metaphysical reality does not necessarily require that we walk a certain path, but that we merely affirm somewhere, in a quite place at the back of our minds, that it is possible to experience that path. When we acknowledge that there are people out there right now (or at any time) in hell on Earth because of 'extra sensory' perceptiveness, we can release it ourselves. Even just acknowledging the possibility of disturbance is enough. If you believe that all beings are one in the Creator, it is enough that the possibility exists, or that it is being played out by another part of the body of the Creator.
Simply put, we can affirm "I can change through suffering; I prefer to grow in peace. I now grow in peace."

I hope that my blog posts will start to become more about 'Way Three' than 'Way Two', about wisely circumventing strife rather than trying to combat it directly.
